I like that twist on classic formulas, it keeps the game grounded on well known and satisfying mechanics and at the same time it completely changes the reasons and motivations for developing the city, smart. Also, your city name has to be incorporated in the finished game, it just has to XD

This looks so cool. I loved the older SimCity games, and I love the cyberpunk genre, so this is right up my dark alley. Also, the demand for augs in order to upgrade residential areas kinda makes sense. Imagine a modern city without any car dealerships. 120 years ago it would be normal, but now people would be severely limited on what kinds of job they can do. Arm augs are like the Honda Civics of the cyberpunk future. Can't meet quota at this factory without at least a BioFIber arm aug. Sorry buddy.
it would be awesome if as you keep giving the citizens more and more mod stations they become sympathetic to the androids and if you upgrade the residential areas all the way you have to deal with some some of Singularity event :D

"poor people work in factories".. I'm poor and I wish I could work in a factory lol
Yeah the game is totally unrealistic. Tons of factory jobs which aren't automated away? Public cyberware implants? What is this, socialist cyberpunk?

Are games getting "too real" or am I just old and joyless now? Either way, love you Splat.

"No-one's ever going to have a tangible problem with that city name."
There IS one minor problem - you spelt 'baller' wrong. ;P
I love the easter eggs and theming from Blade Runner, Alien, The Matrix, and general cyberpunk.
It's brilliant. Deffo a future purchase.
And if you feel like its not enough it is consistently updated
That city name. Holy Shit XD

If Splat bottled and sold his comedic swagger, I'd buy a gallon.
Unless I am mistaken the water display on the roads itself indicates that you cannot build pipes on the roads because they act as water pipes too.

I like how often you mention Shadowrun.
This is being developed by one guy? Wow, good for him! For one guy, seems like some quality work.

Pretty sweet a game replicates the autonomous zone of Portland.

this game hits spot on with the american balkinization. isle of california looks like the hellhole it is
Not even the Yakuza want anything to do with it. XD
I've definitely gotten away from the SimCity games, but this looks pretty cool. I'm going to have to keep an eye on it.
Please keep an eye on this one! Reminds me of Pharaoh, would love to see it in a more complete state.
The "AR" underground thing may be unintended, my guess is that as the above updates, the below does as well, and has to generate a whole new mapping

I was hoping that in this game, coursers would be for rogue/wayward androids. Bounty hunters and police officers are for rogue/wayward humans.
interesting
Wait is this a reupload?
Not my thing. I think I've just kinda moved away from City Builders as I get older.
