A 3080 is fine. She just needs 32gbs+ and she will be good unless she is playing Cyberpunk max graphics.
In a way, this is a perfect representation of how people are able to get into pretty great jobs because a large amount of the population seems unwilling to go to Google and learn a little. Be willing to take time to learn shit to a bare minimum competency, it'll help you out in the long run.
