Funny Enough Melisandra technically would still be the head of her noble house. Then her second child with Alain would be the Heir to her noble estate and their first child would be heir to the royal household

*"Small" edit:* You know, when you really think about it, Alain & Melisandre have quite a few things in common with each other. Things such as:
1. Both are good with swords (NOOOOOOOOOO!!😱)
2. Both became orphans at a young age of their lives and had to be raised by their family's resident anime old head, Josef & Colm, respectfully.
3. Both are the last of their family's bloodlines (Yes, Virginia still exists for Alain's case, but still).
They seem to be Birds of a Feather in a way. With a nice red & blue dynamic.

It's just different. In the English version she sounds like a shakespearian play actress.
@@raychii7361 And since Unicorn Overlord fully embraces that Shakespearean Medieval Renaissance setting, it makes perfect sense to be in English. Here's the way I see dub performances compared to Japanese performances. If the setting takes place in more eastern settings like Japan, obviously, or some land inspired by Taoism, Shintoism, and the like, then the Japanese performances make sense, unless the English performances get received well enough, despite the setting, but because games like Fire Emblem, Unicorn Overlord, and even Trails have more European western culture, unless you're in the very eastern part of Calvard, which is coming in the summer, then having English voices makes more sense to me in those settings.
