I have a question for you. In all videos that I’ve seen of different apartments, I’ve never seen an oven. What do you do if you want to bake a meatloaf?
@@theperpetualexplorers9881 Well damn! I can’t bake a chicken, meatloaf, or a turkey in a toaster oven. I’ll have to try to find something different. I guess after being down there for a while, maybe I’ll forget but I don’t know.
@@theperpetualexplorers9881 That’s only if you buy stuff you’re used to buying in the US as all of that is imported. So yes, that’ll be more expensive than in the states. I would buy their food and not worry so much about the imported stuff. How much are meats there? Like beef, and chicken in the markets?
@@theperpetualexplorers9881 I have another question for you. which property are you staying at? I've been looking at One Park and TK Royal. But I do like the fact that you have a good view of the city. If I'm not mistaken I think you have one in your bedroom also and that's what I want. I want a good view of the city from the living room and as well as the bedroom.
OMG it's so hot all day everyday didn't really do much until about 6pm when it cooled down and that's when everyone is out as well very crowded around thar time .
@@theperpetualexplorers9881 OK, that is super interesting! When I lived in Thailand 17 years ago, border runs were standard procedure. There were even organized bus trips to take expats to Malaysia for the day. But I thought that this had been stopped! And of course the financial requirements for residency have been jacked big time. Are you saying that the Schengen Shuffle still works in SE Asia? Or what is your game plan to get around the new rules? (This is highly relevant to digital nomads, so keep us well informed of your experiences and strategies. )
@@jimmccann3856 yea but now with the whole Thailand pass thing you can't just leave and come back . The land borders are closed and you ha e to leave and do the the whole Thailand Pass all over again
@The Perpetual Explorers Is it more expensive than Phuket? I fail to see the allure of Phnom Penh, to be honest. Seems overpriced, crowded, dirty and not as nice as most places in Thailand.
GREAT JOB MY SISTER: STAY SAFE AND GOD BLESS...
Thanks

Lol your right they don’t have ovens for some reason but you could buy a toaster oven maybe, because I’ve never thought about it or looked for one.

Which website did u get that from?
We used a realtor the place is called Modern Peak apartments
The show you around for free and they get paid only when you get a place and they get a percentage of your rent
So... in your last video, you said you were moving to Thailand? What happened?
Visa was up so we came to Cambodia but will be going back soon
Love Thailand especially Pattaya

On Cambodian salary, $500 seems like a lot for even that relatively small place. How do the average Cambodians afford it?
It's more expensive then Pattaya for sure
