So many things make me happy- my husband, my daughter, my 4 month old grandson. Quilting, cross stitch, friends, flosstube! 😊 But what always lifts my spirits is YouVersion. It’s an app in my phone and I have it set to King James Version, and everyday I listen to several chapters a day of Psalms. Without fail, it is always uplifting to me! Another thing is when I am walking by a window and I see a colorful bird outside, cardinals, finches, blue birds, I have to stop and just watch them until they fly away. That always puts a smile on my face.

Happiness to me is seeing a flock of geese flying over. I can be sad and it always makes me smile. Absolutely cheers me up and makes my day. Where I used to live in a rural area, I had a flock of crows I fed on a daily basis. They would show up at 5 pm every day for dinner. :) One of them had a crippled wing and had to try harder to fly and I named him "C wing". I truly miss living in the country and seeing and talking to all the animals. Ohhh... I had a racoon that would come every evening for din din too. LOL He was beautiful. There were stray cats I always fed, Oh well the list could go on and on. Love the animals, they bring peace and smiles every time. Wow! Thank you so much for showing all those charts and floss. You sure do have haul from everywhere! I am impressed. Also, you are always happy and upbeat and that is so inspiring and makes a bright spot in my day. You will be in my prayers for the next few weeks and I pray that your surgery goes very well and pain is a minimum. It was great to get to see lots of haul and all the new charts that are coming out. I went a "little" crazy on Market Night at my LNS, but I am so happy with my purchases. I"Kringle" by Little House Needleworks, "My Stitcher's Heart", and "Christmas Square Dance" by Hands on Design were must haves to name a few. My Scotties zooming thru the house makes me happy and I laugh a lot. They are so much fun to watch! I like #3. Please recover quickly for you will be missed. If I lived closer, I would make you some delicious food to help you get well quicker, but SC is a long way.

Ugh I hope your knee is finally all better after this set of surgeries! That's a lot to endure :( Thank goodness for stitching and loving family/dogs! Something that is making me happy right now is watching my quite chubby cat try to fit herself into anything that is seemingly too small for her. A box.. a bag.. a tiny shelf. Living in the country where it is SO peaceful in the morning and taking a hot cup of coffee out on the deck and watching the sun rise makes me smile and happy to have another day to enjoy the beauty of the day. #1 would be wonderful to stitch while out on the deck! I hope your surgery goes well. Sounds like a lot! We'll miss you!... Esther Price is one of the best things about Dayton! Mikesell's Potato chips are a Dayton staple as well. My sister has worked there over 21 years. I also worked there for a short time to help out in the office during the Christmas season years ago. The smell of chocolate as you walk in the door is intoxicating! What an attitude adjustment to set you up for the day! Stitch-Con visitors should be able to find it in Kroger stores in the Cincinnati area. They also have a shop close to the Kenwood Towne Centre, a little bit of a drive from Sharonville. They also ship all over the world... Your "Be Thankful" finish is awesome!... One thing that makes me happy is listening to crime drama audiobooks on my commute to work. I rarely listen to the radio anymore. I have about a 35 minute drive one way through the country. So I listen to books and watch for deer! I would be interested in 2 or 3. Thanks and again, good luck with everything on the coming weeks.
What makes me happy is seeing all the creative people on floss tube and other UA-cam channels about sewing and quilting. I love to see the art of needlework continuing on into the next generation. 3 for me. Good luck with your surgery!

I went a "little" crazy on Market Night at my LNS, but I am so happy with my purchases. I"Kringle" by Little House Needleworks, "My Stitcher's Heart", and "Christmas Square Dance" by Hands on Design were must haves to name a few. My Scotties zooming thru the house makes me happy and I laugh a lot. They are so much fun to watch! I like #3. Please recover quickly for you will be missed. If I lived closer, I would make you some delicious food to help you get well quicker, but SC is a long way.

Good luck with your surgery. Once you have recovered from surgery fog, I expect to see a lot of online shopping!! Something that makes me happy is sitting at my sewing machine working on a quilt. I have enough to keep me happy for years!!! I would enjoy #2 & #3.

Ugh I hope your knee is finally all better after this set of surgeries! That's a lot to endure :( Thank goodness for stitching and loving family/dogs! We'll miss your weekly videos while you're away but it's important to relax and take care of yourself! Something that is making me happy right now is watching my quite chubby cat try to fit herself into anything that is seemingly too small for her. A box.. a bag.. a tiny shelf. Living in the country where it is SO peaceful in the morning and taking a hot cup of coffee out on the deck and watching the sun rise makes me smile and happy to have another day to enjoy the beauty of the day. #1 would be wonderful to stitch while out on the deck! My sister has worked there over 21 years. I also worked there for a short time to help out in the office during the Christmas season years ago. The smell of chocolate as you walk in the door is intoxicating! What an attitude adjustment to set you up for the day! Stitch-Con visitors should be able to find it in Kroger stores in the Cincinnati area. They also have a shop close to the Kenwood Towne Centre, a little bit of a drive from Sharonville. They also ship all over the world... Your "Be Thankful" finish is awesome!... One thing that makes me happy is listening to crime drama audiobooks on my commute to work. I rarely listen to the radio anymore. I have about a 35 minute drive one way through the country. So I listen to books and watch for deer! I would be interested in 2 or 3. Thanks and again, good luck with everything on the coming weeks.
