There're so many child actors that I can remember in Satyajit Ray and Rituparno Ghosh's films who were brilliant, even she worked herself with Sweta Tripathi in Makdee. When someone talks too much, often they talk nonsense and she's one of them.
She is of course making a generalisation but the point is valid. She herself made it clear she is talking about the norm and not the exception. If you compare child actors from US and UK who are brilliant - because they are selected after much audition and time is invested in training them. But in Indian movies we fall far short.
