and that time's now.
I started working on this song May last year. It doesn't only talk about Karl's confusion in the In Between and The Other Side, it also talks about my own disillusionment with the culture that I grew up in - a culture of guilt, judgment, and hate. As Karl wanted to go through the portal to escape the populace which looked like him, that's how I wanted to break free from the beliefs I was accustomed to.
This song will be released along with the previous unreleased ones. The Sunday after Easter, watch out :)

To everyone wondering, the text at 1:15 says , "within these obsidian walls April 24' 2022 this is track no.10" My interpretations based on the comments Pj posted and what the description says, is that is when all of the songs will be released to streaming services like spotify and others.
To be another amazing song or not to be an amazing song. That is the question.

I remember starting to wonder what “the other side” and “the in-between” meant when I had a thought that the afterlife wasn’t called “the other side” because that name is taken (procrastination has made me only see 2 of the tales as of writing) and I feel like this song has helped. Not sure how to describe it but it’s probably something along the lines of “the journey” instead of “death” here, not that I have a complete answer at all.
