As soon as you started to shift the ladder I had a bad feeling! But! I applaud you for not completely losing your marbles 😂 like I would have done. You calmly scooped up the loose paint and kept on going. You never stop amazing me 😊

I had one of those slow motion "nooooooooooooooo" moments when I saw the paint splat! Really felt so sorry for you, especially considering all that hard work you did with the floor . That colour looks good and will do that room justice.

Wooo that was scary to watch, but I have to say I don't think I would have had the mind to just scoop it up and keep going, I would be still walking around cursing the air blue lol, So well done you, it will look amazing I have seen this done it does dry out beautifully colour wise, so cant wait to see. I would check out if where you made the hole in the wall, are the bricks still secure, perhaps put a brick or strong piece of wood in to make it secure in the upright position, and please wear eye protection, Big hugs xxxxx Dede xx
It's not a structural wall, I just can't be bothered with removing the whole thing at the moment, there is simply no time. It's ok if it falls, saves me time later 😆🙈 oh, no time for emotions when there is a floor to save! 🙄😉
Had the same 'advemture' with paint. Did not clean all the cracs in the floor from the white paint 😂 I later did the same and promised myself not to lift bucket up but keep it on the floor. Very tireing strategy 😂 But I love your videos - they make me act and do my own little renovation ❤ Thank you - 🌹

I am seventy-six and my sight isn’t great so it isn’t your fault I couldn’t make out what you were doing and it is laughable! As I saw you about to move that ladder with that HUGE bucket of paint I cringed.......oh well one day you will laugh about it and the room does look good!
They will brighten when they dries to something that looks more like a terracotta pink. But this room will not be bright. However I am going to add a lot of white and whitish furniture and details in the room (like white linen curtains)
It's the most beautiful in my opinion, but also don't mind how it looks now. It's patchy and wrong shade, but that's how lime paint works. It's an ancient technique using 100 % natural materials and it does not act the same way as modern plastic paint. I chose this colour as it was the same I found out this room was painted in and I lives the vibe. I'm very into earthy colours
