@@ClutchSup absolutely beautiful and fun afternoon today! We bouldered at the Cromlech first. A stunning day out with the family! An awesome SUP venue! Thanks so much!
Paddled around the Llyn last week then had a swim. Probably one of the best views from a paddle board. Great shop for gear at Snowdonia water sports plus great cafe with lovely views over the water
You've made my day my friend myself my wife and 14 year old boy have been looking for somewhere to break us in and this place looks awesome love the lagoons for a more chilled session. Thanks again pal
Which carpark is this one please ? Just looking on google maps and not quite sure which one it is , thanks for all your information on this location . 😊
I’m not a 100% sure is the honest answer. Pre Covid, it was never locked up, but when lockdowns started it was. To deter people from going there when Wales was still in lockdown. I would assume it’s NOT locked up anymore but can’t be a 100%. UPDATE: I’ve heard it’s still being locked though I’m not sure at what time, it’s supposed to be unlocked about 9am but I think more often or not it’s earlier. Thanks for watching! And enjoy yourself there.
Subject to the lakes being available to paddle on ie not in lockdown still, Padarn will be good for you, as will Llyn Tegid (Bala), also Llyn Gwynant and Llynnau Mymbyr. Just stay off the water if the wind is above 8mph. As beginners you may struggle against the wind, if you do go out anyway, stay near the shore. Happy paddling. I will be doing more videos when lockdown lifts and the weather improves, thanks for watching!
As far as I know, paddle boarding is allowed now as long as you don’t mix with other households... ? We will stay at Lynn gwynant camping, therefore we will definately try this first! Just fingers crossed for a nice weather🤞 I am so excited about this!
@@ClutchSup yes, it is travel within 5 miles atm. Campsites for self contained accommodation will reopen on the 27, some Easter time. Llyn Gwynant will be open at that time (Easter)
