Not gonna lie, waiting to buy an iPad and a Miniak so I can use this amazing app with it: you've given the Ion engine a chance to be realized in it's full potential, thank you so much.
Im psyched out cant get it to work with my alesis micron, i followed all setup shizzle nothing works. I even bought a new maudio usb>midi convertor but still nothing on the ipad ap. Can you please help me im gettin frustrated. Softsynths on ipad all work through the convertor kit playing on the alesis.
I have some documentation about connecting the iPad to the synth on these pages: coffeeshopped.com/patch-base-help/recommended-midi-interfaces coffeeshopped.com/patch-base-help/midi-setup-and-troubleshooting Basically you just need some sort of MIDI interface for the iPad; there are some made specially for iPad that connect to the lightning port, and then there are also USB MIDI cables you can use if you have a USB adapter for your iPad.

Any plans for an android port? I have a couple old android tablets laying around but I don't have a mac or an IPad unfortunately.
No plans at the moment, sorry. Currently we're just a 1-person operation, with no Android programming experience. :)
Can you show hardware connections non wifi please?

Works with Alesis Ion?
It does not, due to a few important differences between them. I hope to add an Ion editor at some point as well.
