I've been here since the j-hope J. Cole collab and now I'm witnessing a MiniMoni reaction?! What a journey for you and for us 😂 It's 9:21am on this side of the world, so good morning for me and good night for you sir!
I think you would love episodes of SUCHWITA where BTS members talk over drinks about their music. SUGA is the host of this show :) It is available with English subtitles on UA-cam :)
I think that once you listen to Indigo and the other members albums, you’ll really enjoy the Suchwita episodes where they talk about their projects (sadly no suchwita for RPWP, MUSE, or HOTS v.01) but there’s for every other project, SUGA interviewing them about it its very nice to watch
!! hoping he’ll eventually get to the suchwita episodes with yoongi talking with each bts member in future after checking out each of the bts members 😊 got a strong feeling he’s gonna enjoy such a format of getting to know the music and person in depth. and really can’t wait to hear his thoughts!
Not sure if it was said, but you noticed that bowl on the side. RM is a renowned art collector. Every piece in his house are from artist you would see in art museums especially in Korea. And all the books....RM is such an avid reader that I've been to 3 bookstores in the US and at least one in Korea, oh and Japan, that has a section of books RM was pictured reading. The pressure on RM is heavy because BTS is credited for bringing South Korea to the world and vice versa, so there is a lot expectations on him as the leader of BTS. Everything about RM is good. Although I am a hard core ot7 army, my ultimate biases are RM and Jimin. You'll see that BTS are unique in that every member is sincere, hard working, thoughtful and good. And although every BTS and RM album is a favorite, RPWP has been on my playlist daily from top to bottom. Your reaction resonates with me because it's reaffirming about what people go through in life. You really are the best there is on YT.
@@Lovmyselfim not op but im also a minimoni biased (miniminimoni actually)and this was really a treat, this and the muse commentary. the amount of content theyve put out of both jimim and joon this year is very overwhelming but in a good way. its fun
Ayo, your regular viewer here, idk if anybody told you this but you're very different from others who claim to be dissecting a song but end up talking nonsense but you always make a breakdown of songs so better with every details and also the respect you show to them and knowledge you have of Music is one of favourite thing on your videos. Keep going & growing. *note* RM is releasing a new track on 6th sept with Megan Thee Stallion, hope you'll check it out.
Insomnia finally pays off for once 😂😂😂 Im glad you reacted to this! This is your first time "meeting" them in something other than a music vid right?? Yay! They are extremelyyy entertaining lol Thank youuuu💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
yessss most armys stay and are completely hooked because of their personality majorly!! Apart of their insanely good discography ofc .. Enjoyyy exploring more of their hilarious , wholesome personalities and beautiful friendships !
I shared this to twt. There are lots of creators reacting to BTS these days but yours stand out because you just sound raw and genuine. Also appreciate the thoughts you put in, you take time to listen and share with an open mind. Not sure if I said this before but you’re one of the reasons I became an Army. So thank you!
If you put aside the guys sheer talent, One of the many things ARMY loves about the guys is there openness. How many major artists do you know who do this kind of thing for the fans….? And not just now and again, all the time! They are amazing on so many levels and they relate with us human to human. It’s wonderful. Thank you for your amazing insights💜
One thing about BTS for sure is that they are long term planners. They've already dropped strong hints that they've prepared a project for 2025 (it will be the 10 year anniversary of one of their most sentimental/defining albums, called HYYH). So I suspect they will release a song or something relatively soon after they discharge, which will allow them to reconnect with Army and then they might take some time to settle in to creating for BTS again. Their career planning is top tier. As shown by the fact that they're all enlisted and still releasing albums and TV shows and docos 😆. Perhaps another element of RM's conflicted emotions about not enlisting earlier (at the same time as Hobi) is that RM would have been discharged in Oct 2024, and would have had the next 8 months to work on songs and creative direction for BTS's next album for 2025. He opted to defer his enlistment to work on RPWP instead, and I think that weighed on him and contributed to his "leaders guilt" as well. Thank you for your reaction, I've loved reliving RPWP-era with you!! When you get around to reacting to Indigo, be sure to watch "RMs Magazine Film" on BangtanTV where he talks about those songs. Also his Indigo interview with Zach Sang (on youtube, 1 hr long) was one of the most insightful interviews I've ever seen RM do.
I hadn't thought about the professional/emotional impact of that deferral, but I think you're right. And seeing how at peace he looks talking with Jimin compared to how distressed/frustrated he was in that Festa 2022 dinner, I'm so glad he decided to do this album first. As for the group, I hope they'll take Suga's idea and run with it: go someplace secluded, take some cameras and recording equipment, hang out, eat, talk, rest, and see if any music comes out of it, like a song camp; if not, maybe they end up with footage for ITS3 or something. Ideally, that would come after a retreat or two just for them that we know nothing about. 😁
This makes me very happy that you chose to watch this sit-down :) Since it's an album exchange, there is part 2 of Jimin chatting with RM about his album 'Muse'. We will cross the bridge when you come to it :) BTW, anytime you plan to watch their casual interviews or sit downs like this, make sure you have enough food around you. And you are correct, it is a great way to know them as human beings , as artists. (They have behind the scenes on their bangtan tv yt channel.)
V did NPR Tiny Desk for his album and it would be an amazing intro. He has Jacob Scesney on sax and he goes OFF. It's on my morning UA-cam playlist so I listen to it while I'm getting ready for work and it puts me in such a good mood to start the day.
When "Indigo" was released, I loved it so much. I labeled it as a "masterpiece" right away. And it still is that to me, because he worked on that album over the course of many years, creating the ideal collabs and sound. His career shaped him toward knowing 'what people love to listen to'. And I believe that's what "Indigo" is. It's a mix of Pop, R'n B, Acoustic and many more genres that come together as an easy listening experience. It's as contradictory as RM himself, since the albums mood speaks on serious topics, while it provides a rather "happy" or "feel good" kinda vibe throughout. You can hear melancholy being present at all time though. You can tell that he wanted to share bits & pieces of how he's been feeling throughout the years & ends it with utter honesty in the last two tracks. I'd say "Indigo" is a wish for him to feel better. You can hear so in the final song "No.2". But he also asks us - the fans - to understand that this career of his & BTS has not only uplifted him, but put him in a real dark place at times & to feeling lost almost up to a point that he must have thought about putting an end to it. He speaks on this dark side all through "Wildflower". So in a way - he was already lost. And San Yawn noticed it later & figured to try to help him cope with it. And I love that fact! Listening to RPWP for the first time I was torn between acknowledging this brand new side of him, an alternative kind of music. On the other hand it took me a while to really get behind its message and truly love the edgy, unfamiliar sounds he used for this album. Like I said before: it even helped a lot hearing YOU talk about it. And if I think about it: RPWP is his own masterpiece, because he went out of his way & took a risk in order to help himself for once, not to please the crowd this time. And he did so intentionally, like you said. This time his personal way of expressing himself as an artist, going back to the roots where he began - with rhythm and poetry - he has found a way back to that, while still shifting his style and recreating a new sound & artistry. This is what it means to be a true artist: to not be stuck in one place, but to constantly reinvent yourself. And not forget what/who you are in all this for: your passion for the music, for yourself.
RM's team already won an award for film making for the video for LOST. Already the album has garnered accolades on several Best Albums of the Year lists. Now we have a documentary about this journey of his coming soon. I cannot wait to see it. And we have a collab with Megan The Stallion this Friday. I can't get enough RM these days. RM and Jimin are so good together - you might like the first Mini & Moni interview where the two of them talked about Jimin's album MUSE. And I am so soooo proud of these men for stepping up and saying they needed time to figure things out before they went into the military. That took loads of courage!!!! BTW, you should truly give all his mixtapes and albums a listen....just glorious!
for more of their personalities, suchwita is definitely the way to go. just long-time friends having drinks and talking about anything and everything. suga said he started the talk show bc he wanted a place for the members to promote their solo projects comfortably, and he for sure delivered!!
i just LOVE ur mindset and empathy when talking about BTS as humans. Especially the part about giving them time and space when they are back together in 2025 to digest, be with each other and only then take some time to put it in music form. As an ARMY all i want is for them to have NO pressure and be comfortable on their pace to ENJOY the process of making music. I hope they don't ever feel the pressure to rush either!
i prefer to call u a ponderer, analyser & commenter (and i call ur videos 'commentary videos'!), cuz u're so much more than just a reactor by today's definiton of reactor. so many 'reactors' give the notion of 'reacting' to something a bad name with their pretense and with nothing to chew on. but u're just being *you*, giving ur thoughts, sharing how things impact u in a very real and thoughtful manner. and u have great observations and insights. alot of youtube channels feel like junk food, yours is a nutritious meal that keeps a viewer full and nourishes them for a long time. thanks for just being u :)
Namjoon once said in an interview that they are just regular SK guys who share a passion for music. When they started out, tey never thought they would achieve such incredible success. He used a poetc simile saying that tey got on the boat full of enthusiasm and didn't even think where could sail to... As a lider, he carries a huge burden. He represents not olny the group, but also his country by plaing the role of a "fu****g diplomat" (e.g. his famous speech at the UN) which he refers to his song "Groin". Reset was someting necessary for him and resulted im such a great album...
I just finished and I’m in tears all over again. Probably the biggest reason why I love them so much is because they have never shied away from being honest and vulnerable with us and this is such a difficult thing to do. At that level, the scrutiny and the expectation from everyone is so overwhelming that it is suffocating. Everything you said, all the things you mentioned - was really really on point and I appreciated your perspective on it. Especially the part about giving them grace and space when they return. They will need time to recalibrate together as a group and they will have stories and thoughts they will want to speak about in the music. I’m gonna sit with this one some more. If you do like sit downs - then you should know - this was an album exchange so there is another part of this - Minimoni Music where RM and Jimin discuss Jimin’s new album - Muse. I hope you watch that video as well. Recommendation for Jin - The Astronaut - solo project with Coldplay Epiphany - Love Yourself Awake - Wings Recommendation for V Layover - solo album Friends - single Thank you once again for the reaction. As always, your insight was appreciative and thoughtful.
RM actually has a documentary film that will be shown and the Busan International Film Festival. It is an honor to have his “making” of Right People, Wrong Place. From the beginning, BTS has written abt their lives and their struggles and their love for ARMY. I love how you get this about RM and his music. I love that you get to see what they mean to each other and how much music is the core of their very being. They studied music, they were students first and now they are the teachers. RM is the leader for a reason. He’s humble but he’s also not blind to what their success can bring them all. But no one is like THEM. When you think of the “Greats” MJ, Prince, The Beatles etc., they have written their place in that history.
✨I believe that both Jimin & Namjoon were both the perfect choice, for each other, discussing each other’s album, since this was more all about all the inner thoughts, feelings, struggles both went through perspectively, what they were going through during the time of making their album as well as beforehand as well! Jimin, as well as RM in turn, both who have the ability to be empathetic, as well as such a good listener, was the right person to choose. RM has had more deep thought provoking deep discussions with Jimin, even during their rookie yrs. Also in their personal life, as was mentioned in one of their MiniMoni vlogs, they are a lot closer, then shown on screen. Unbeknownst to many they communicate & know each other so well, way more privately then many realize. Aside from most of the members already in the military, so not available back then, I honestly believe RM, anyway, in general, feels most comfortable with Jimin, since he’s always so selfless, empathetic, support for the members in general aside from RM. Many in interviews including RM & JHope have mentioned how they’ve gone to Jimin to share inner feelings with, and to receive advice, saying he’s been most helpful, also saying that he’s really the most mature in many ways! I do hope you’ll also react to the other MMM Mini Moni Musice record exchange, this time with Jimin discussing the making of both his albums. Jimin started working on MUSE immediately after FACE, so worked non stop on both albums for 1 yr, 4 months which he talked about in 🔥❣️Jimin MMM Mini Moni Music with RM, released also, but more recently, from channel Bangtantv. This time it’s RM asking the questions, last one was Jimin asking RM about his new album when that was released awhile ago. Anyway, all the songs are so worth hearing! 🙏👍❤️🔥🐨❣️🐥🥰💫✨
I’m so glad that you chose to watch this. Really is the best interview to understand where these songs/this album is coming from. Conversation coming from a close friend, especially Jimin because he always listens with such focus and care, and understanding.
So happy you watched this! Let me say, one of the major reasons ARMY fell for BTS is their humanity, sincerity, and silliness. Yep, on their RUN BTS episodes, they are super silly and ordinary people playing games to battle one another for small prizes. Like all the members, the stage is their "job" so they have major duality in performing certain songs but, when on their "game" shows or behind the scenes, choatic fun and "non-job" personalities shine. V - his whole album Layover is so chill but to start, maybe "Rainy Days", "Slow Dancing", "Love Me Again." Any of those will be a great beginning but definitely "Singularity" (side note - written by RM). Jin - "Ephiphany"!!!! Live. "The Astronaut" (song for ARMY from JIN and co-written with Coldplay), "Super Tuna" (Jin loves to fish and he wrote this while fishing; it was for fun and kind of a joke. Never-the-less, it keeps returning to #1 over the years and is a highlight at clubs) And don't get me started on INDIGO. I don't miss a day listening to the album from beginning to end as RM requested it to be heard that way.
Dude you are SPOILING us!!! Love seeing all your reactions to not just the music but also the other content! You always have a sincere and insightful take from the point of view of a hiphop musician and someone who's gone through some stuff in life (haven't we all). Re: their time in the military, I think you're right in that they will put their new experiences into their music and art and we as ARMY will have to accept that they've changed. But if you look at Jin, he spent NO time relaxing whatsoever and immediately went into creating content! I don't think these guys know how to take some down time! So I'm curious to see how it will go. I think honestly they will immediately try to go on tour so they can see ARMY again. Though of course I want them to take all the time they need and just like, go on vacation together without cameras or anything for a few weeks, it's more likely that they will organize lots of stuff to see ARMYs. Also BTS and ARMY have gone through a lot outside of the military in the past 8 months. There is a lot of sh** happening that is targeting the members and ARMY. So I think they'll have something to say about that too once they are finally free to do so.
Jimin lives in the same apartment complex as RM. They spend time running together and just talking for hours. Jimin is also very close to Suga and J-Hope. The rap line are very cerebral, so is Jimin and V.
I love your reactions! Namjoon (Kim-Namjoon, aka RM, aka Rap Monster) was the first member of BTS before it was even BTS. The record label mogul and producer, Bang Si-hyuk, (aka Hitman Bang), founded their label Hybe/Big Hit and them as a group, but he initially wanted to debut him as a solo rapper, because as you already know he's a musical/lyrical genius and a gifted performer. BUT! RM wanted to form a group, specifically a rap/hip hop group, which had not really fully been done before, especially not with their very different, harder style that YES is definitely inspired by Western rap and hip-hop. Per this, you should check out them doing "American Hustle Life," a reality show that was produced by Warren G. Namjoon has also said his favorite rapper and inspiration is Nas, that him and SUGA (Min Yoongi, aka AgustD) held "hip hop/rap 101" essentially for the other members, making them listen to hours of American rap and hip hop to learn and appreciate the art. Their debut album and early stuff is way more rap and hip hop than just pop, jazz, ballads, etc. Their work now as a group is totally diverse in genre, something for almost anyone. This is how musically gifted they are as a team. I think Namjoon saw BTS as an artistic embodiment of "if you want to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far, go together." That's why he's the leader. He's the leader even though Jin (Kim-Seokjin) and SUGA are older than him, which is a rare thing in the Kpop industry, and Korean culture in general, for the eldest to not be leader. Just wanted to share this info. I've been an ARMY since April 2022. Thanks for your interesting, funny, knowlegable and heartfelt commentary! I hope you keep going and explore all of BTS's catalog. 💜
Recommendations for V and Jin : You should check Rm & V's '4 o'clock' duo! (It was a gift song, so not on streaming platforms) For Jin, you gotta check Epiphany (prioritize this one & check it live!), Supertuna, Yours and The Astronaut For V, you gotta check Singularity (live too!), Love me again, Fri(end)s (the MV is fun!) Winter bear, & le Jazz de V. You can also check "It's definitely you" (live too!) which is a Jin/V duo!
News about an RPWP documentary in global cinemas just dropped! Dates to be announced. got a feeling u might wanna go watch this one…. synopsis: RM: Right People, Wrong Place > chronicles the eight months leading up to RM's military enlistment and the process of creating his second solo album, 'Right Place, Wrong Person, providing an intimate record of deeply personal moments. The documentary follows the journey of RM, the leader of 21st century pop icons BTS, as he explores his true self-both as Kim Namjoon the artist and as an individual. RM candidly confesses that he sometimes feels like an outsider in conventional settings ("Right Place, Wrong Person") and at other times feels out of place in unusual situations ("Right Person, Wrong Place"). He reflects on how honest he can be as both RM and Kim Namjoon, balancing gratitude for the attention he receives with the pressure and fear that come with his status. RM used the period between the release of his first solo album 'Indigo' and his enlistment to discover his true self, channeling his experiences and emotions into his second solo album. In capturing RM's creative process for 'Right Place, Wrong Person,, the documentary provides profound insight into his authentic journey of introspection.
💜💜💜Jin is the "Home feeling glue" and moral support of RM and the rest. Jimin cut the US prom for a surprise album. Suga was the only one who was in mental state for a tour with enough songs because RM needed to purge the negatieve feeling with a beautiful album ... a lot is explained in these vid. ❤BTS💜
I think after they are back together it'll get easier for RM simply because they all learned to stand on their feet separately so they can take off some of his weight as a leader. I think they'll come back stronger with a more sustainable schedule as a group spread out between solo activities. They have been thinking about their longevity as a group, and I think this way they will pull it off. 💜💜💜💜💜
You were such a missed presence in the online space. Every time I watch another reaction I feel glad to have you back all over again. Your empathy and emotional intelligence are exactly what is needed for content like this where they dig deep and open up. It was nice hearing your own insights and perspectives on what they shared. Honestly, BTS seems like an ideal group for you as you like the interviews and behind the scenes stuff. RPWP is getting a documentary that will be aired at a film festival so we're all really excited and proud of Namjoon. You're so right about his aura. He does have a sense of authority that he wears like a second skin to the point where he speaks and you can just tell he's the leader even if he's far from the eldest member. He's actually the middle (3 older members and 3 younger members). One thing I appreciate is that the group have an unspoke thing where they allow RM to take the lead when it comes to work but the rest of them take the lead in their day to day lives, taking care of him in return. It's an interesting mix between a found family and co-workers, them needing to balance the two. For V, he has a solo album called 'Layover' and all of the songs have MVs so you truly cant go wrong with any of them. It's nice and short so you can honestly check them all out if you have the time. But if I had to pick some faves, 'For Us' is my fave song on the album and I really enjoy 'Slow Dancing' as well as 'Rainy Days'. Honestly they're all great though so you're safe. Also there's a great Tiny Desk performance he did where he performs 3 of the songs from the album and it sounds pretty damn close to the original studio version. All of them really show his old soul and love for jazzy sounds and slower crooning tunes. 'Singularity' and 'Stigma' are also two great ones too. For Jin, we're still waiting on his solo project from the solo era as he planned to release his after his return from military. He didn't have the time to do his before needing to enlist first so we're eagerly waiting for his. He does have solo songs though, most of them under BTS where he sings alone but it's for their albums. He also has 1 solo song he released before enlisting as a see-you-later-ARMY song. It's basically his goodbye song to us and he worked on it with Coldplay so you might hear some Chris Martin backing vocals from time to time but it's fully his song. Such a beautiful song and it's called 'The Astronaut'. Some other Jin ones I love are 'Epiphany', 'Awake', 'Moon'. Special mention for 'Abyss' too for how vulnerable he got for that one when he is known for being the jokester who tries to keep the team energy bright. His stuff can get on the dark side as the music is where he lets his worries out. V and Jin also have a song together you can check out called 'It's Definitely You'. There's no official MV though.
wow! can't believe i caught this as you dropped it! luv that you're exploring this part of the BTS world. I hope you enjoy this! Tysm for this content! RM does this for Jimin's new album too. Agustd and JHope have documentaries too. Agustd SUGA has a show called Suchwita where he interviewed each member to discuss and promote their solo work. RM interviews SUGA on suchwita about DDay SUGAgustDs album. If you ever wanna go down that path to watch those episodes... it's all on UA-cam or im happy to create a playlist.❤
What I love about RM and BTS is the humility with which they always come both to the performances and to the interviews and when we see them in background videos, etc. I've never seen them boast, taking credit for themselves, etc. They are always just boys/young men from Korea. Ordinary, but their music just happens to be something they do for a living, and at the same time they know how to miraculously speak to the world with music. They are so honest, always. So brutally honest that sometimes my heart skip some beat when I hear them tell their thoughts, is it OK that they are so honest for us? They make themselves so vulnerable sometimes. Because of its honesty. Whether it's built into the lyrics and music. Or in their own Live's or in interviews ❤
I've been waiting for this.. 20:09. Yeah, that's actually why I love BTS's music. They talk about themselves, the real experiences they've been through, not just about drugs and girls. People can really relate to them, and that's the beauty of their music. It touches you deeply. By the way, could you check out RM's Indigo album after this? Please. Thanks for the reaction. There's also a show called Suchwita hosted by Suga, where all the members promoted their albums. They drink, eat, and talk about their albums. You can check out RM's episode after listening to Indigo. It was really good too. Thanks again for the reaction.
24:09 He talks about freedom, burden, expectations. People expect them to be literally perfect. And all the hate they getting. It's really hard for them to speak openly about certain things, which is why he wanted to let it all out. BTS really embodies this. They address topics that other artists don't. They talked about it. I remember Chris Martin talking about this, he mentioned that he's protective of BTS because they don't have the same freedom he does. He said he really cares about them because BTS's message has such a positive impact on people.
Thank you so much again for your reaction. Every time i watched MMM, it made me emotional. All the responsibilities on his shoulder. I am glad he finally let everything out of his chest. Thank you again, GB.
RM INDIGO MAGAZINE DOC is really facinating. Erykah Badu, Anderson Pak, Yoojeen, Colde etc. And RM talking about making INDIGO not only facinating but moving. One of the best of docs about making an album.
The guys are so relatable and down to earth..... You should watch RISE OF BANGTAN !!!!!!!!! Get to see them from the start. NOTE- They are ALWAYS eating in their shows 🤣 Thanks for another great analysis.
i honestly could watch and listen to u talk forever. there's something so genuine and also respectful & wise and u keep it real, and u're intelligent and down to earth. and u pay real attention to what's going on in the content u're looking at... to the details, u're very in the moment. it really feels like we're just friends talking and reflecting and absorbing together over a chill dinner after work -- ur videos give that vibe.
For V, you'd enjoy his Tiny Desk Korea. He sang 3 songs with a live band of his album Layover. Jin is working on his new album now. In the meantime, I recommend The Astronaut (collab with Coldplay), Awake, Moon, Epiphany.
Dang, you are so real and spot on with your thoughts 🔥🙌 Love how you said army needs to have patience when the guys reunite, to give them time to reconnect and figure out what they want to put on paper. Amazing reaction, can’t wait to see you react to more of their personality content. We’ll be here 🔥💜
as for V and Jin you may check out their solo songs, i recommend: V: He has one new album Layover and solo songs from BTS albums *Stigma - one of his old solo songs, his voice here is very rich *Singularity - this one i think you'll like, it has a jazzy vibe to it *Love Me Again - from his new album Layover, such wonderful vocals, the song itself has such a chill vibe (so is the whole album tbh) Jin: he doesn't have a solo album yet but his solo songs are really good *Astonaut - this song was written by Coldplay for him, absolutely beautiful vocals, my personal favorite. he even sang it with them in one of their concerts *Epiphany - i think you'll love this too, especially the message of the song and instrumentals... showcases Jin's powerful vocals *Abyss - the lyrics are very touching paired with Jin's emotional vocals.. chef's kiss on this one
I love the dynamic between these two - some call them the two nerds of the group . I think jimin is perfect for rm interview. He understands the seriousness of rm but also brings out the child in rm
54:26 Totally agree here, as a fan , we need to be patient for them to release their comeback album. they would need time to regroup and gather each other’s experiences. I don’t want them to rush things and end up something they couldn’t agree on. It would be amazing to see when that moment comes.
I so appreciate your comments about their return and needing to be patient and giving them grace. They've been through a lot and have done a lot in the last 10 years and they deserve to take their time! Not everyone understands that or acknowledges it.
if you get to listen to RM's INDIGO album, you'll know why jimin said rm looks a bit anxious about something. You also can watch RM's indigo Magazine Film! it's on BANGTAN TV's youtube channel (bts official yt channel)
I was supposed to go to bed early for a busy day tomorrow, but I couldn’t resist clicking on this. My favorite reactor with beautiful eyes reacted to my two top favorite artists. Yay! 🤩🤩
First, you are an amazing reactor! I’ve enjoyed every single one that I watched. Thank you for everything you put into it!! Second, RM and Jimin do a second sit down where they discuss Jimin’s 2nd album, Muse. Definitely worth watching. Both RM and Jimin put out albums that are extremely personal…like a diary. They are very different personalities, but extremely close and care about and trust each other a lot. RM talks about that at the end of the interview about Jimin album. Suga also writes a lot about personal experience and past trauma, and there’s something so relatable about that type of work that allows a special connection to the music, imo. Looking forward to future reactions! 💜
You are my favorite reactor on UA-cam 💜 P.S.: When you listen to Indigo, I just wanted to let you know that it also has a documentary and a small show he did for the fans in South Korea.
alot of youtube channels feel like junk food, but your channel feels like a nutritious meal that keeps a viewer full and nourishes them for a long time. thanks for being u :)
So a couple of days ago I felt a little bit down and went and rewatched your early bts reactions and some other videos, just because nothing gives me more joy than sharing emotions of people finding fun in art I love. And its interesing to see you talk about finding balance in this video, bc I feel like since those first reactions you've expanded the range of content a lot, so now there's loud and fun and cheeky staff, and there's quieter, even more retrospective staff. It's been such a privilege really to see you go through all of bts art and find it affect you in different ways and be honest about it.
discovered u from ur reaction to On the street with jhope & jcole, and because of ur personality and how much u bring to each video by just being u, i watch ur other videos that comment on other artists' music apart from bts too. u're entertaining & insightful at the same time!
31:17 i want to talk about this!! a little context: earlier this year, RM was criticized because he shared Frank Ocean's song 'Bad religion" on his insta stories. I believe he was inspired by this song to write 'Heaven', especially the lyrics "im happy where the devils are".
Thank you for this reaction. Really enjoy your videos and insights. And appreciate your thoughts regarding giving them space and time after military service and not pressuring them to rush their comeback project. Since you've seen this video, would you consider seeing Mini Moni pt 2 where Jimin shares his thoughts behind his album MUSE with RM? Also would love to see you react to whole MUSE album after seeing your reaction to the title track WHO.
Again, thank you for being such a thoughtful reactor. I really appreciate it🙏🏼 When it comes to Jin, it must be "Epiphany" at the first place. It's an eyes (and heart) opening song for me. I became more gentle to my self because of this song. For V, I recommend Love Me Again or Slow Dancing. But for best experience, you better watch his live performance for Tiny Desk or band session performance (bonus: V played sax)
Yess!!!! Great reaction as usual...been here since J Cole and JHope.....so is Gameboyy310 ready for Rise of Bangtan, Break the Silence, Bring the Soul, Run BTS, Bon Voyage and In the Soop, Yet to Come, D Day, etc since he mentioned Documentaries? I got in this for their music. I am staying for their personalities. Truly humble, authentic and funny artists and human beings!
I've been here from the start too. He would love all the documentaries! And Suga's talk show Suchwita too! He interviewed each of the members about there solo albums. It's available on Bangtangtv.
YAYYY i (and many others) requested this video, so happy you got to it!!!! i think a great “sit down” type of video you can watch is episodes from Suchwita ! it’s Suga’s drinking show where he brings guests and talk about their music and a lot along the line. So i highly i recommend watching the episodes with the bts members, can’t wait for you to check out v and jin.💜
one of the more thoughtful reactors on the whole youtube, sir i do appreciate what you feel and say thank you so much for sharing everything in the most honest way another part of the MMM, rm on jimin's album, can i expect how you feel about it🌻🥀
"it's important to me to see them as regular people" AHH THIS is why I have so much respect fo you! Most reactors react to bts for da clout. Very few people react to them bcuz they genuinely want to. You react to tannies because you respect and appreciate them as artist and very much willing to know them individually and I LOVE that so much💟
For V, definitely watch his Tiny Desk Korea performance as his introduction! You'll definitely get a feel for his music, his personality and his incredible live performances. It's iconic
Ahh, it’s so nice to see you react to MiniMoni.🐥🐨 Your takes are spot on, as usual. They are all consummate musicians | dancers | performers… and hugely influential across cultures… but they are just humans. This is one of the reasons ARMYs love “In the Soop” and “Bon Voyage” as well as Bangtan bomb content. We love & support them as people! As artists. As musicians figuring ways to connect with & inspire.✨💜🥰 Thank you! You nice, keep going…!
I love how you focused you are when you react to videos. You give 100% of your attention and really pay attention which shows respect. Thank you. You’re one of my favorite reactors.
19:47 That’s a really good point. Revealing your private diary to the public is risky because it exposes your vulnerabilities. Yet, when these personal reflections are well crafted into art, I think they resonate deeply with others, offering comfort and even courage to view challenges as part of life. Just as RM, despite his global success, grapples with his own struggles, we too face our own challenges, as life is ultimately a ceaseless journey of confronting and overcoming obstacles.
For V he worked on a short album called Layover before he left that I think will give you a good insight into his work. Similar to RWPW V has music videos for each of the songs that really give you a sense of V's creative style. So if you wanna sit down and do a longer reaction I think Layover is perfect for that. He has other great songs that others have mentioned like Singularity and Friends. But I really love Layover it's a super chill vibe that I think is perfect as we head into fall.
i love hearing how the music & the interview makes u feel. so glad to tap into ur channel. everytime i see a gameboyy youtube notification i light up! :D
Fun fact: slurping sounds for asian ppl (esp in japan) is a way of showing appreciation to the cook that the food is delicious. Sometimes it would be rude if you're quiet and not slurpin (lol that's what I learned)
HAHAHA! Yes, at least 50% of their content turns into muckbangs. These boys can EAT! They love to cook and eat or go out to eat together. They have put out multiple cookbooks because hungry ARMYs been drooling over their food for years. Jin, Yoongi and JK are the cooks of the group, and damned good at it. RM is not allowed in the kitchen, LOL He is a rolling disaster. They don't call him the God of Destruction for nothing. Taehyung/V just tends to give his cute TATA Mic face and beg for food, but will cook if he has to. And, yes, part of what is special about BTS is how much of themselves they have always shared with us, their honesty, their courage in being vulnerable. It's a reflection of their comfort and love with one another and with ARMY.
I loved your reactions a fucking lot already. Like you really get it, get them and appreciate them, but dude thank you so much for mentioning about being patient when they return. Bc yes it’s gonna blown everyone’s wigs when it happens BUT like you mentioned they will need to decompress a lot of shit and whatever they choose, whether to jump right in or take some time until 2026. We as army have to be patient and let them take everything at whatever pace they decide. Ty really ty! I wish you all the tacos of the world for your words, your time and your appreciation of them. It truly has been a joy to witness your journey so far, your thoughts and fact spitting! Ty! You are amazing and fighting always!!
I've been watching from Tokyo since the first time you reacted to J-hope with J.Cole. MiniMoni thing?? that’s my thing😂 You dig deep into sound, bars n people from a different angle, and I love your way. Life is sometimes tough, but it goes on. Waiting for the reunion in 2025💜

I hope your world continues to align because ngl these reaction vids bring light to my days
Amazing as always ❤

Wow if Jimin and RM your biases you must have been in uber-heaven watching this :) (Uber bc it's always heaven watching our guys)
Moon jars are so beautiful!
Wonderfully said.

RM is releasing a new track on 6th sept with Megan Thee Stallion, hope you'll check it out.
Totally agree

absolutely. one of a kind. just real. i always feel refreshed after watching his videos somehow.
Yes! The dissection and appreciation of music is top notch.
I also appreciate he's not trying to monetize like ither reactors.

This is a reason I love them the most too it goes way beyond the great music - they are good people who are funny and cool and humble. 💜
THIS!!!!
I second this 💜 Vs tiny desk performance is amazing!
@@4glencoco611 I watch every Tiny Desk performance and it's one of my all time faves (although I might be a tiny bit biased)
Both minimoni talk with so much sense. I love their genius mind.
Beautifully articulated comment.
@@marshamason-sowell4568 thank you 💖
so well said!!
Recommendation for Jin -
The Astronaut - solo project with Coldplay
Epiphany - Love Yourself
Awake - Wings
Recommendation for V
Layover - solo album
Friends - single
Thank you once again for the reaction. As always, your insight was appreciative and thoughtful.
I would add if you don’t mind Wherever you are (Umi and V)
Yes this will be distributed globally in December. Can’t wait to see if it will be shown at the local arthouses, theatres etc
i love watching your reactions because it's like I'm discovering BTS for the first time too!
Never-the-less, it keeps returning to #1 over the years and is a highlight at clubs)
And don't get me started on INDIGO.
How can people not love these guys. They are such amazing people.
💜
Recommendations for V and Jin :
You should check Rm & V's '4 o'clock' duo! (It was a gift song, so not on streaming platforms)
For Jin, you gotta check Epiphany (prioritize this one & check it live!), Supertuna, Yours and The Astronaut
For V, you gotta check Singularity (live too!), Love me again, Fri(end)s (the MV is fun!) Winter bear, & le Jazz de V.
You can also check "It's definitely you" (live too!) which is a Jin/V duo!
Also epiphany from Jin!
Jimin also did this and Rm asked him stuff about his album as well muse.
News about an RPWP documentary in global cinemas just dropped! Dates to be announced. got a feeling u might wanna go watch this one….
synopsis:
RM: Right People, Wrong Place > chronicles the eight months leading up to RM's military enlistment and the process of creating his second solo album, 'Right Place, Wrong Person, providing an intimate record of deeply personal moments.
Just saw this!! Squeeee!!! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
❤BTS💜
It's 2 am but i'm here
Ay don’t let me have u late for work😂
My bad🤦🏾♂️
You said it beautifully, completely agree 💜💜💜
Thank you! But sir, please go to bed!! 🤣🤣
😂😂Right now!! I promise 😴😴
wow! can't believe i caught this as you dropped it! luv that you're exploring this part of the BTS world.
OMG megan the stallion and rm collab just dropped!! It's fun, you gotta react!!
RM's mv for LOST! won an award at the Berlin Commercial Awards for Cinematography!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you so much again for your reaction. Every time i watched MMM, it made me emotional. All the responsibilities on his shoulder. I am glad he finally let everything out of his chest. Thank you again, GB.
This week we will get RM x Megan Thee Stallion!!!!!!!!
I cannot wait for that, it’s gonna be insane
RM INDIGO MAGAZINE DOC is really facinating. Erykah Badu, Anderson Pak, Yoojeen, Colde etc. And RM talking about making INDIGO not only facinating but moving. One of the best of docs about making an album.
The guys are so relatable and down to earth..... You should watch RISE OF BANGTAN !!!!!!!!! Get to see them from the start.
NOTE- They are ALWAYS eating in their shows 🤣
Thanks for another great analysis.
i honestly could watch and listen to u talk forever. there's something so genuine and also respectful & wise and u keep it real, and u're intelligent and down to earth. and u pay real attention to what's going on in the content u're looking at... to the details, u're very in the moment. it really feels like we're just friends talking and reflecting and absorbing together over a chill dinner after work -- ur videos give that vibe.
For V, you'd enjoy his Tiny Desk Korea. He sang 3 songs with a live band of his album Layover. Jin is working on his new album now. In the meantime, I recommend The Astronaut (collab with Coldplay), Awake, Moon, Epiphany.
YES, YES, YES!!
There is a D-DAY Documentary on Disney Plus. 🤗
Thank you for this reaction! I appreciate your insight and comments but even more, I appreciate your sincerity. Looking forward to your next video.
Dang, you are so real and spot on with your thoughts 🔥🙌 Love how you said army needs to have patience when the guys reunite, to give them time to reconnect and figure out what they want to put on paper. Amazing reaction, can’t wait to see you react to more of their personality content. We’ll be here 🔥💜
Agreed
as for V and Jin you may check out their solo songs, i recommend:
V: He has one new album Layover and solo songs from BTS albums
*Stigma - one of his old solo songs, his voice here is very rich
*Singularity - this one i think you'll like, it has a jazzy vibe to it
*Love Me Again - from his new album Layover, such wonderful vocals, the song itself has such a chill vibe (so is the whole album tbh)
Jin: he doesn't have a solo album yet but his solo songs are really good
*Astonaut - this song was written by Coldplay for him, absolutely beautiful vocals, my personal favorite. he even sang it with them in one of their concerts
*Epiphany - i think you'll love this too, especially the message of the song and instrumentals... showcases Jin's powerful vocals
*Abyss - the lyrics are very touching paired with Jin's emotional vocals.. chef's kiss on this one
I think you'd totally love the whole series of SUCHWITA
I love the dynamic between these two - some call them the two nerds of the group . I think jimin is perfect for rm interview. He understands the seriousness of rm but also brings out the child in rm
Wow wow wow... Love it, love it, love it....
Let's do this kinda video moreeee, thank you 😭💜
Thank you for reacting to this! I loved hearing your thoughts
I love that they reviewed each other’s albums like this….so cute 🥹
For Jin i recommend Epiphany, Awake, and Yours and for V i recommend Singularity, Love me Again, and Rainy Days.
I was supposed to go to bed early for a busy day tomorrow, but I couldn’t resist clicking on this. My favorite reactor with beautiful eyes reacted to my two top favorite artists. Yay! 🤩🤩
Yes he has beautiful eyes 😊
You are my favorite reactor on UA-cam 💜
P.S.: When you listen to Indigo, I just wanted to let you know that it also has a documentary and a small show he did for the fans in South Korea.
Loved this longer video and your insights are always on point!
Hope you check out more interviews/other non musical content from them in the future!
You might like Suchwita as well a show Suga hosts were he interviews his guests . You can see all BTS members’ episodes.
alot of youtube channels feel like junk food, but your channel feels like a nutritious meal that keeps a viewer full and nourishes them for a long time. thanks for being u :)
Namjoon would really love your reactions.
31:17 i want to talk about this!! a little context: earlier this year, RM was criticized because he shared Frank Ocean's song 'Bad religion" on his insta stories. I believe he was inspired by this song to write 'Heaven', especially the lyrics "im happy where the devils are".
Thank you for reacting to this!
You're one of the few genuine and my fave reactors out there.
Thank you! 💜
😂😂Thanks for this and please go to sleeeppp
Oh, and RM will drop a song with Megan The Stallion on Friday soooooo 💃 Be readyy
I really appreciate it🙏🏼
When it comes to Jin, it must be "Epiphany" at the first place.
Yes!! All of Suchwita especially with the members!!!!
I'm enjoying your reactions so much! Can't wait for your reaction to V's Layover album!
It’s called Suchwita. Yes! Best talk show ever! Best host! 🥰
one of the more thoughtful reactors on the whole youtube, sir i do appreciate what you feel and say thank you so much for sharing everything in the most honest way another part of the MMM, rm on jimin's album, can i expect how you feel about it🌻🥀
"it's important to me to see them as regular people" AHH THIS is why I have so much respect fo you!
It's iconic
V’s Layover album is my favorite chill music to listen to on a Sunday
Ahh, it’s so nice to see you react to MiniMoni.🐥🐨
Your takes are spot on, as usual. They are all consummate musicians | dancers | performers… and hugely influential across cultures… but they are just humans.
This is one of the reasons ARMYs love “In the Soop” and “Bon Voyage” as well as Bangtan bomb content.
We love & support them as people! As artists. As musicians figuring ways to connect with & inspire.✨💜🥰
Thank you! You nice, keep going…!
there is a part2 of MiniMoni Music where they talk about Jimins album this time hope you also check out his album and then react to it as well
I love how you focused you are when you react to videos.
I love your reactions.
I love the Mini Moni sessions.... Glad you got to it...Thanks!!!💜
Fun fact: slurping sounds for asian ppl (esp in japan) is a way of showing appreciation to the cook that the food is delicious. Sometimes it would be rude if you're quiet and not slurpin (lol that's what I learned)
You are precious GameBoyy310
May God bless you! 💜
Waiting for the reunion in 2025💜
"The President needs a break" it's funny, because we call him exactly that 😅💜
