I also thank you for your guidance with diy computer repair. I've followed all your steps, and wound up replacing the drive. It still won't boot up windows. It goes further than it used to, I see the Microsoft emblem, then it gives me "computer restarted unexpectedly....windows installation cannot proceed......" I called the folks I got the drive from, they say it must be my motherboard. Thoughts? It's a Toshiba satellite E55-A5114 circa 2014 Thanks, John
My toshiba dynabook fall to on the ground and since then it stuck on dynabook logo and not booting onto windows. What is the possible problem of my laptop? Tyia for your answer

@@PC_Monkey the issue is it has my account on there and I’m trying to give it away to a friend and in order to factory reset it, I’m following the guides, but it’s basically just bringing me to the safe mode

You have a Toshiba? Can you enter BIOS and find any Reset or Restore options? Also, did anything happen before this issue appeared? Liquid spill, overheating, Windows update, etc?
Bro i've forget my bios password in my vivobook pro 15 is there any thing we can do i tried all solotions like enter space+enter alt+r nothing is working 😭😭😭😭😭😭
Not all of them have it unfortunately. Can you find any Repair or Recovery options in BIOS? Also, did anything happen before this issue appeared? Liquid spill, overheating, Windows update, etc?
Bro i broke my computer now i cant go into bios i changed my boot thing and now i cant use it it justs says (insert boot disk and press any key) but i dont have one 😮😮😮
@@PC_MonkeyMy Toshiba is exactly as the one in the video and I copied step by step changing the boot and when it turned on it's a black screen saying No bootable Device -- insert boot disk? So what do I do at this stage? Take it to a shop? Recovery? Factory reset? Is it the hard drive that's broken? Sorry but I'm still lost.

Can you try reseating the HDD? It may have come loose. The RAM too.

Most likely not. If your computer uses a 32 bit, then thats most likely what it needs to run. What brand and model computer do you have?

You can press and hold the power button for up to one minute to force shutdown. What happens when you power it back on?
