My last 2 fragrances from Alexandria smelt spoiled to my nose. I sent them back to them... they said "there was nothing wrong with them, have a nice day" lol. Fwiw the 5 other fragrances I have from them, are just fine. Alexandria contacted me today and are replacing both bottles! Pretty damn amazing customer service🤝
I tend to let mine sit for a couple weeks and let them mature. I too have experienced that at first sniff so i put them off to the side for a while. Probably why they said there's nothin wrong by the time you sent them back
