You probably could. 2' on both ends wouldn't be much of an issue as long as the boat has a decent kick on the bow/stern. Check the waterline dimension on your boat and compare to the length of the trailer.
Well that's interesting. The company just fixed mine up this Fall. There is also a very similar trailer that was made by a company for Cascade River Gear in Boise Idaho.
@@RiverRatGearReview I reached out to them this fall through the number listed in their web site and he informed me he was no longer making them as the parts were getting to difficult to source.
Similar in concept to my older Rapid Rig Trailer by Cascade Outfitters and Mirage. Looks like several improvements, including side doors and winch.
Awesome trailer! Do you winch up boats with loaded coolers, or are those packed in the truck?
Boxes and Frames all go in the trailer or truck, boat goes on top relatively empty. We will load soft items back into the boat if we need to.
Great review! Thanks! Whats the minimum trailer length you would recommend on one of these for a 14’ raft? Could I get away with a 10’ L trailer?

Great trailer if you want all your stuff covered with dust especially in Utah. Probably why they quit making them.
Unfortunately Sawtooth no longer makes these trailers.

I've used one a bunch. Great trailer. Hoping to have one built, but with two axles.
