Yes, I've been busy doing stuff. Will try to pop a few videos out. The RS engine is now complete so we need to make another video showing the machining work and so on. Body wise it keeps getting pushed back by sales work but it is pottering along....
Spot on interpretation of the Porsche DNA. Philosofical but very down to earth. I recently traded my 991.2 GT3 for a 991.1 GT3 RS. And even though that 991.2 is epic, it can not compete with the drama this RS delivers. Not mentioning how beautiful it looks in the flesh
How did I miss this video last year in October 2021?! I was probably out and about in my (new to me) Voodoo Blue 981 GT4 enjoying the weather. Videos like this are keeping me entertained while the UK weather is poor. Thanks for making the effort to make these productions. Now that Jeremy Clarkson has retired from the car world and is now a farmer, you are best placed to fill that void ;-)
Ha Ha. I did my farming first and then got into cars. I really need a race series where you have to reverse the trailer into the garage first, unload and then go racing. My tractor wasn't as big as JC's though.... And no, that isnt a euphemism... :-) Hope you're still enjoying the GT4, as you know I have a massive soft spot for them.
Enjoyed listening to you. Subscribed. We’re big Porsche fans over here in Nashville as well. Several reviews on the channel (997 Turbo, Spyder, GT4, 997 Targa, etc). I’ll be buying on of these for $165-$170k in a year or two when they come back down. People forget Feb of 2020 a nice one like this was $175k
Thanks for the honest review from minute 14:30 onwards. I have just sold two garage queens to now just drive my other Porsches as intended. inc track days. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
Ultimately they are just my thoughts be they right or wrong. Even after all this time I'm still trying to fathom stuff out in my own mind but I'm planning to do a video around what I'm enjoying on the road personally .
Great video and lovely spec car. Think the 991.2 gt3 is a better road and track combo, but the RS for mainly track days is a stunning proposition. Good to see the vids back really enjoy them
Great video Henry! I very much enjoy your quest to understand Porsche DNA. I’m on a similar journey, but have far less experience with Porsche than you do. It’s both fascinating and helpful that you share your perspectives.
You appear to do these in one take. A great skill with a nice comfortable presentation style. Oh and the car is lovely too. Agree something more basic and less precious is the way to go.
Essentially yes, they aren't scripted. It helps when Matt is filming as he knows his cars very well so can correct me if I make a mistake which is fairly regularly :-) I'm not holding my breath for the next Top Gear role although they are looking for a new James Bond just down the road at Pinewood......
I love it, glad to see you back making vids! love to see an update on the 964

They are one of those cars which just looks like it knows what to do before you even turn a wheel !
Enjoy the journey.
I will be over in the morning to pick it up
Too late !

Be nice to see a video walk round of your existing stock for sale. Great vid btw 👍
I could certainly do that with one of the sales guys. Maybe it's something we do on an ad hoc basis.
Recently bought a 1982 911 sc after watching your air cooled video and loving it, but very different to my 991.2 gt3 both stunning cars though
So here's the crazy thing, I think our next video will feature a very special 1982 3.0 SC....

Thanks for the kind words. At the end of the day merely my thoughts be they right or wrong !!

Another great video Henry..... loving the 993's and 944S2 in the background - how about a video tour of a few cars?
As replied earlier on possibly I can do a walk around with one of the sales guys.
