- Hello foodies! Today's recipe is the most requested recipe on my channel. Momos is my favorite street food snack. I can eat 2 plates at once. My favorite place for eating Momos is in Galleria (Gurgaon). I used to go there with my kids very often!
One day i tried to make momos like the shop in galleria but i didn't succeed. So i tried again and again and finally made it happen. So, now it's been long since i am making Momos at home. That's why i shared this recipe with my tips and tricks, hope you all like it!
After this i'll be uploading Chicken Momos and Momos chutney for sure!
Here is the steam Momos recipe for you!
Chicken Momos- • चिकन मोमो बनाये स्ट्री...
Momos Chutney/Chatney- • मोमोज़ की चटनी बनाने क...
Ingredients for Making dough:
All purpose flour 1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tablespoon ( I used sesame oil but you can use any oil )
Lukewarm water As per required to make a smooth dough
For stuffing:
Onion 1 medium finely chopped
Cabbage 1 cup finely chopped
Carrot 1 finely chopped
Crumbled Paneer 1/2 cup or 150 gm appox
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
Soya sauce 1 teaspoon
Oil 1 tablespoon I used sesame oil but you can use any oil of your choice
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoon
