I know how you feel with the back pain, really hope it gets better soon fella. Thanks for taking the time out to put out the video, could actually save someone from serious injury!
This was a very dangerous stove for use in a tent, but I must say it did work really well. think I might try it next time on the beach where it can not do any damage and then up it in the bin 🤣 Thanks for commenting mate 👍
These are for home use and have been sold in countries like Kenya for at least 40 years. Not intended for camping. Have to be kept upright at all times
Only fixed outdoors and strictly attended, they are safe enough. Good for quick boiling but need a heat spreader or heavy pan for frying. Many in use around the world where they can't afford anything better and kerosene is available.
Just seen this full vid mate. Hope your back is getting better. I'm between back aches at the moment. Sure to put it out again sometime soon. Sign of our age I guess. Do't really like the cut of that stoves gib.
Thanks Rob, yes the back is slowly getting better 🤗 out at the moment doing a quick video, dosed up with painkillers. Like you say, old age is coming to us all 😄
Apparently he needs everything safety to coherently function My autistic daughter uses one without issue . Ide point out his way of lighting it is more than questionable
Anything is dangerous if not used properly. My electric heater shorted and started a fire. My butane stove blew up. My kerosene lantern was knocked over and leaked fuel. Some people should stay in bed and be spoon feed. My god.
But why would you be cooking with a paraffin stove IN A TENT?? even a Trangia is for outside or a gas canister it's all outside. The quality is shocking of course but it boiled water
@aabbushcraft I know that! You were in a shed but you kept referencing a tent! The stove is clearly garbage but it did the job. You didn't comment on its control ability can you simmer? What's the capacity of the tank etc... please don't get angry when questions are asked.
@TheLoxxxton nobody was getting angry, I was just replying to your comment, no you can’t simmer and I don’t know the capacity of the tank as there were no instructions with it and also I would not fill the tank to capacity as it leaks so bad. Thank you for your comments 👍

Thank you👍 at last someone with a brain 🤣 all the other comments were so negative. Cheers Mate.
I think I have just found my mother in law's birthday present. Cheers. Ps. Hoping for a speedy recovery on the back.
Hopefully the back will sort itself out soon, need to get back to work. Thanks for the comments👍
I don't like using anything with flammable liquid for camping👍

Just thought I would have a go ☹️ must say it worked fantastic apart from leaking and putting the flame out

This is true!
That's what you get with a $15 Chinese kerosene stove. lol
I know! But I had to test it out 🤣
It's not even the most common kind that is the cheapest made kerosene stoves I have ever seen
@@MrCivildefense what is the cheapest? I would love to try it out
That looks like more than enough material to make a good little stove out of. It likely would have cost less to make a good stove too.
No one told me if I went out in the rain I would get wet. Hahaha. Good luck mate
?

I Totally agree ! It would help if the manufacturer gave instructions with the product though 🤪 or even told you that it leaked if tilted.

I was not in a tent 🤬
