Egg Food Young, Chinese Style Omelette
Ingredients:
5 Eggs
8oz Shrimp
50g Carrots
50g yellow onion
50g Bean Sprout
20g Garlic Chive
80g King Oyster Mushroom
80g Fresh Shiitake Mushroom
1 tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp White Pepper Powder
Make Gravy:
1tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
½ tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Tapioca Starch
1/3 cup Water
