Another favorite version of Knockin On Heaven's Door - Bob and Roger McGuinn were always a great duo as was Joan Baez, and the 3 of them together even better!
For me the best musician of all times.
I feel sorry for you, he is mediocre talent puffed-up into a rock god by the media, there are many unknown singer-songwriters far better than Bob Zimmerman.

That's always been my favorite Bob Dylan song, and I didn't know until a few weeks ago that there's a music video that he made for it a looooong time ago on UA-cam. He looks 15 in the video!
That old soul brought baggage from a past life and he has focused on music his whole life to handle those feelings and talent he has no idea why he feels and creates the way he does. He is a true gift to the world. One day he will cross over to be with George, Tom, & Roy. Then he will see the whys and what fors that made him a musical genius in this world. No one can compare.

This has always been my favorite song by Bob Dylan! I got turned onto his music about 1965 or 66.
There is another performance with both singing this song & it's hilariously dramatically great. Knockin On Heavens Door. I love it! I can only imagine they were having a blast doing it.

even in 1976 a lot of shows sold poorly and some had to be canceled.

I had a dream lastnight that I met the Nightly Moth and when I finally saw his face and heard his voice.....it was Robert Zimmerman in a disguise.....
Then he turned into a giant Moth and flew away..
Didn't even remember it until now when I sat down to another episode of this channel.
I find it difficult to believe that more people aren't flocking to this channel.
I guess they don't realize it is Bob Dylan revealing more of himself to us ......
