There is no way that Quarians would have anything to do with Turians. Who abandoned them during their greatest crisis just like the rest of the galactic community did.
The Hanar rightfully in-universe protested against Blasto the first Hanar Spectre. Just as Quarians would do against that Fleet & Flotilla garbage. But BioWare for some idiotic reason makes that one of Tali’s favorite movies and she watches it with Shepard. And even sings a song from it to him.

I prefer black base with blue accents pared with the recon hood. Granted though, that’s because I can’t for the life of me make a Shepard that isn’t a flesh homunculus, so the less of the face I can see the better, and the hood fit my infiltrator the best.
