not woeking at all in dragging downwards by using column(B1), here always coming the first value to the downwards cells of that column.
update: it works when I used Columns(B1:C1) and without locking anything. [This works but this is not right way. ]

Thkww so much for such a valuable Insight. I copied the Excel and tried for practice but getting error,There are one or more circular references where a formula refers to its own cell either directly or indirectly.this might cause them to calculate indirectly.
Try removing or changing these references or moving formula to diff cells.
