Friends, as an Excel user, the most common question comes in is how to fetch some data out of a huge database from at one go? And the answer is Vlookup...This is one of the most amazing functions in Excel. We can apply Vlookup to compare two different datasets also.
Syntax:
Lookup Value = This is the common field in both the datasets.
Table Array = selection of our master data i.e. a database where we have those values which we need to match like PAN number, Emp ID, Phone Number etc. and those values also which we need to fetch on the bases of the lookup value like Employee name, Salary, Department etc.
Col, Index, Num = This stands for Column Index Number, this refers to that column number of our table array from where we need to fetch the values.
Range Lookup = This could be either True (Approximate Match) or False (Exact Match). In this example, we will be using False.

Ek hota hai seekhana. Aur ek hota hai aisa seekhana ki samne wala kabhi bhool hi na paye. Aap ne itna ache tareeke se seekhaya ki ekdam clear hogaya. Waise tho bohot sare excel seekhane wale hai youtube me but muje aap ka teaching style acha laga.

The way you explained the single parts and functions of vlookup, I really appreciate your efforts. And I was not aware about vlookup, I went for interview and he asked me to learn vlookup, he said I can give you 3 days more for the same, after watching this video I’m damn sure that I can easily put vlookup in any sheet and I can get ready every data with the help of this video.

Best part is you also tell what keys you press while changing work sheets, selecting full cols, inserting etc.. Which is v useful for a general user.
👉Query: what if I want the value from say 168th col... How do I calculate the col. No. In that case?
you have to do it manually there is no other option to count the column dinamicaly

Mujhe khushi hai ki aapko video helpful laga aur aapko usmein jo galtiyaan hoti hain, unka samadhan mila. Aapka sahyog mere liye mahatvapurn hai aur main aapke fan ban gaya is baat se garv mehsoos kar raha hoon.

Sir can u make video on conditional formatting based on inventory manage. Means how we can manage inventory with conditional formatting. Like when any materials comes will be a different colour and when materials goes out will be different color. If it is in below maximum level or minimum level will be a different color. Thank you.
