Bhai filter se ho to jayega koi problem nahi but aap jara ye samjho man lo 1000 emp me koi ik I'd ko choose karana padega to wahi problem ayegi na aise simply I'd enter karege aur result prapt ho jayega

For the Match formula you made a mistake, you took the table array from the same sheet, but the table array would be the column names of "mydata" sheet. Because the column formations will not be same on different sheets as like yours.

VLOOKUP+MATCH KAM KARTA HAI, BUT XLOOKUP ME 2ND FILE MAI AGAR 1 COLUMN ADD OR REMOVE KARTE HAI TO RESULT NAHI MIL RAHA HAI.
FOR EXP : AGAR APKI HE KOI 1 FILE ME SE DESIGNATION KI COLUMN YA KOI BI 1 COLUMN DELETE KAR DE TO FORMULA KAM NAHI KAREGA, JO V+MATCH KARTA HAI.

If im not wrong, you can only search from left to right using vlookup and using xlookup u can do that.
meaning , using vlookup u cant search employee name and get employee id but u can with xlookup.
Ager file mai date ho to ye kaam nhi kerta kya ya fir kuch aor trick ?

V lookup and x look up kar useless .... You can just press control f and copy what you want....Only find any thing.....
Very informative video.
But when you fix the value or range and use F4 key then you must know that it has 3 types of uses.
Press F4 once = fix row and col number.
Press F4 twice = fix only col
Press F4 thrice = fix only row.
In your example you should have fixed only the column number.
