Oh Chris thank you for bringing this and other joyous hymns forward. I know you often do pieces in sacred places and I would highly recommend the Winter Street Baptist Church in Gardiner Maine. I believe it has changed a bit since it was a Freewill Baptist, quite independent back in the day, but one thing I am sure remains, a huge round stained glass, backlit window of sorts, of Christ as The Sower behind the pulpit whom one and all faced as we praised His name. Perhaps if the same old pews are there you will be able to feel us, no one worrying who cold sing or not, 300 people of all types and walks of life ever singing for joy, and feeling this defended by our Saviour's teaching and Sacrifice. Anyway, I hope you see our Sower window, and it will at least uplift you on your way.
Chris Rupp Oh please do! You must! We have lots of venues and recording spaces! I suppose we are not so lucrative as some places, you won’t find more enthusiastic fans, however. We have a deep culture of hymnody and acoustic music, I know you need sort of a choir behind you to execute your arrangements live, but at least you will have an audience willing to take that hymn or song to new fun places with you, and if you listen to the remaining old timers, you might just hear a traditional part you didn’t even know, it never fails to amaze me. Regardless, hon, I want to deeply thank you for your music.
