Yes, Tariqa same hoga but, while calculating base quantities, hame star and delta ka khyal rakhna hoga. For example, formula of Zb for star is different from that of delta. This has already been discussed in the video lecture. To avoid such confusions, video pura dekha karo.
In p.u., both values are same i.e. p.u. values of phase quantities are same as that of the p.u. values of line quantities. This has already been explained in this video lecture.
