They occasionally can be a little salty when kids don't commit lol but the criticism is fair. Its not like its going to get easier when they get to school. If you say dumb things they are going to blow up when you are a high-profile player. What Kirk said was just giving him crap. Don't see the problem.
If he didn't choose Ohio State then he stanks, he a loozah, and we didn't want him poisoning our locker room. But if he flips to us then he is the greatest player ever.

Maybe that's why OSU can't win the title they are all wishing their enemies good luck and womanly hand wringing about people that don't. If you are not with us you are against us literally and you don't wish your enemies good luck you crush them.

If they can't take a little criticism from social media then maybe they aren't cut out to play football on the highest level. These kids should be well coached and used to it.

Seeing a kid's game highlights can give you one opinion of him, but those don't show intelligence or character. From what we saw in the commitment stream....it is hard to not have a different opinion on the kid. That's not knocking his skills, just raising some concerns over how hard he will work, how well he will grasp the change from high school to college ball. It definitely didn't seem that he has any humility, which doesn't sit well with people who put stock in sportsmanship. Good luck to the kid. I hope he does well for himself.

That's how recruiting works. If WE don't land him then he stinks, we never wanted him in the first place, and he sold out for NIL. Portions of every larger fan base says the exact same things. But if he flips to us then he's a beast and going to develop into the greatest player at his position in school history.
