Freelancing vs. Full Time for Web Designers

I didn't clarify in the video, but you absolutely CAN learn and obtain the skills needed to do either of these! Also, people will NOT become obsolete, but some jobs will.

issue with freelancing is you really have to use your time wisely. Im juggling between 3 soon to be 5 clients on Webflow and its intense. I think people dont mention enough how wth a company you have 1 boss but when you run a firm or freelance every client is your boss. Still, it teaches you alot of skills you can apply in business in general which you dont get as much working at a company (at a low level job atleast)

I think ideally if youre gonna start freelancing (or a business in general) is if you have a solid list of clients before you even start (through network/family/friends/online/whatever) that way its definetly worth it since you avoid having to deal with the cold start of finding people to sell to. Also its quicker to get revenue that way so if u have a family/expenses/etc then its less risky to make the jump
