Ethan Hawke comes across as a really intelligent guy. I didn't realise his new film was from the wonderful A24 Productions. What an impact they've made in such a short space of time. In-particular I think they've rescued horror from its dark days of the 00s.
I can understand that they are limited on time but wow Hawke is a great interviewer in that he seems to be able to go on in detail about everything. Wish Mayo wouldn’t rush him.
Definitely. You should check out his other interviews. He always gives a thoughtful and eloquent response. Most actors just mumble, give overlong pauses or glib answers because they haven't got a script. He's definitely one of the top American actors working today.
So great to see this film succeed critically and at the box office. Been looking forward to this ever since seeing Mishima, and it seems like this one will break the bad streak Schrader's been having lately.
