Love the workouts Bully! Discovered you right after Covid hit and I had to find an alternative to the gym. After all these years, I'm noticing that my inner pec's aren't growing to match the outer half of my pec's. I haven't followed one of your 30 or 60 plans, which I assume might help correct that. But I am wondering if it's possible to hope for a more focused routine to help guys like me who need to correct that imbalance. I assume close in V pushups help, but without weights, I am hoping there are a few other moves. I realize I can find this elsewhere on YT, but am hoping for a solution that you work into your playlist. Thanks!

It’s because you have to do it every day
@@kyrecebailey9583 Well not everyday.. you can have breaks. Diet matters the most. Cut out any junk food from your diet for three months. then you can have cheat days. workout different areas of your body. Do NOT set unrealistic goals. i do a split workout meaning i target different areas each day. Example- monday is arms and back, Tuesday is core, wednesday is glues and thighs, Thursday is back and arms, friday is glutes and thighs, saturday is core, sunday is rest day. ive been doing this for almost three months and i feel stronger.
