Jazak Allah khair for making this video and talking about iman and community. I think especially for reverts community is so important because otherwise you can just end up feeling like a really 'good' non Muslim or a 'casual' Muslim. Meaning you lose the focus of the true goal of life and purpose of our existence and the striving that we should be doing as Muslims to draw closer to Allah every single day. I think being in a good Muslim community helps you to always remember to strive.
Akhi, I can really relate to what you said in this video. I'm Algerian but grew up in the West and have been visiting different places to make hijrah this year. I stayed in Algeria and the UAE for a few months to test the waters. When I stay in a luxury apartment building or in some of the more liberal areas of either country, I sometimes start to question myself and if I made the right decision (May Allah forgive me). As soon as I travel sometimes just 10-15 minutes to a different part of the city (usually suburbs where the locals, or practicing expats/foreigners live), I feel the spirit of Islam much more and am very content. Its almost like different countries within a country.
Morocco is known for its luxury hotels and Riads ( traditional Moroccan house)
I totally agree on the part where u mentioned how people are getting addicted to the lifestyle of having lots of money etc. This is true as I've noticed that pattern as well whenever i visit Central London and see all the expensive materialistic items and riches etc. My iman does weaken as well. It can be dangerous in the long term as therefore u wouldnt understand the true purpose as to how we are here in this dunya as a test.
May Allah Subhanah huwata Allah protect Us from Such fitna.

Prophet Muhammad (saw) taught us that Faith is never static.It increases and decreases. Core iman remains but after that, levels of faith can fluctuate. The fact that you are aware and reflect on this is a sign of strong iman.

Morocco is like paradise.
I would recommend Mauritania. Go have a small stay there, in e.g. Nouakshot . It is the complete opposite of Tanger

That appartment, you can Rent it for a month on yearly basis for like between 500 and 700 Pounds. It depends in which area you stay.

@@abomaryamRifi airbnb - just to note the price has gone up this week to around £150 a night and will later go up to £250 a night during the summer - I assume the price will go down again after summer

Salam bro, I’m planning to move family down there soon inshallah. We came across this real estate agencies advertising apartments in titouan at like a crazy good deal, I had family down there go and check out an existing model as the rest aren’t built yet, obviously you pay the down deposit and complete the payment once it’s built. This doesn’t sit too well with me and from what I’ve read you could easily get scammed, as the law won’t really protect you. So what is your advice brother how do I approach this situation. Akhie it’s better you save up what you can and go for something in your means as it can sometimes be a risk with new build projects Incase they fail - otherwise find a project developer that has good reviews and trusted

@@walidou63631 what I have learned is that almaghreb has always been Shaam, when they refer to Morocco they call it Maghreb al aqsa ( the far West). You should ask a shaykh about this, because many ahadith refer to Shaam when they mention almaghreb.
