@@siriplaydopethrone8973 I believe he uses it for songs like Fauxhammer to pitch shift when playing pitch harmonics or to reach a higher register than possible on a regular six string as well as the tuning he's in (like in 1:05). Most of Nadir is also tuned down to Double Drop C - A#, but when they play those songs live they just play them in Drop D (I assume to maintain a simple and streamline rig).
