- Whats up, in todays video I show how to install a full KBD body kit on my 1990 240sx s13 hatch, which includes the front bumper, side skirts, and back bumper. Its relativity easy and simple. This kit is really the best bang for your buck in my opinion!

Man I was straight stressing on how to install my KBD Kit on my RX7 FC, especially the front bumper. After searching I really couldn't find anything FC specific involving the KBD kit but then I remembered that USDM S13s and FCs have very similar front bumper mounting situations going on. So I decided to look at what you 240 guys are doing to mount your KBD kits in hopes it would give me some insight on how to install mine and boy did you deliver. It had been so long since I had taken the front bumper off that I had forgotten it had mounting brackets and that was one of the first things you mentioned. My brackets required some trimming because I went with the version of the kit with the headlight cut outs but other than that the process is practically identical. Thanks for the content man your video was so well made and explained so well it was able to help me, someone who has a completely different car and no experience installing body kits, install a body kit.

Correct distributor timing and setting the tps correctly do wonders

they’re called XXR 502’s I don’t remember the specs but just get stock 240sx spec and they’ll fit good!

I don’t know if you will see this comment because it’s a old video, but i want to know, because this bodykit is flexible, does it « shake » when you drive it with the wind because it’s not hard material? I check it for my drift car so i don’t want the bumpers to vibrate when i drift you know 😅🙈
what’s up! I read every comment haha and no it doesn’t shake, I would recommend getting fender braces though to hold the fenders in since they sit out a bit far, my new video shows more about that and how I fixed it with zip ties lol
i recommend you to get the English tune brackets for the fender sag

hi, yea all 240sx hatch are the same pig nose or chuki bumper doesn’t matter this kit will replace it as long as it’s a hatch back 240 :)

yea just due to the fact that 240s are so hard to find clean, they’ve all been beat up and abused, so they’re not reliable at all, and all the clean ones people want 15k plus it’s ridiculous and even those aren’t going to be reliable since they’re 30 year old cars

Why does your SR20 have the intake fron the left side? Wasnt there supposed to be the Intercooler piping?
This isn’t a sr20 lol and no the intercooler piping attaches to the turbo bro haha sr20 engines still have the intake manifold on the left side and the turbo manifold on the right
