These are mistakes that are applicable to any business. I've seen them made from mom and pop outfits to huge corporations. One of the biggest reasons I became self employed a couple years ago is how toxic and inefficient the majority of businesses are. I'm still figuring it out myself but I'm always improving and thinking of others.

What’s the best way to train our minds for avoiding these mistakes? Seems like when things get busy or stressful a lot of these things get overlooked and creates a snowball effect.
I loved roofing insights videos, there so informational, I have a small business roofing company with my husban( his excuses he doesnt speak english) his does the work and I do the talking, I dont know how to start selling retail jobs or get into insurance there is lot of competion in this are you should check it Myrtle beach, Sc u will fond 13 different roofers. I been in business for 5 yrs but we work as subs which doent leave you too much profit. I want to.grow as business, because I care about the customers, I have always say we work on this trade because its the most important part of your home to take care , if you take care of your roof, your home is proctecred. Since I watch roofing insights i havent been able to get my mind of growing my business
