Hello there ,thank you I so enjoy watching you ,you are an amazing lady with such a sunny bright disposition, you always make me happy! Just want to give you a little tidbit of what I've learned from being an estheticain for the past 40 yrs, Vitamin C serum rebuilds collagen also eating plenty of fresh fruit that is packed with vitamin C does wonders for your skin,also face tapping is wonderful, I've stayed away from skincare products that have harsh chemicals in them ,I always knew that the Billion dollar skincare industry are after the money and if they can keep coming up with a new and improved wrinkle fighter women are going to go after it. All natural is your best bet in my opinion, also the Wim Hof breathing technique brings all that wonderful oxygen into your body which rebuilds and oxygenates our whole body.Just wanted to share that with you because your always sharing so much of yourself with all of us. Loving the hair. French tuck, much prefer the front in and back out, looks more deliberate. The half in at the front always makes me think it been a hurried loo visit 😂😂. Loved the walk through Brighton.

Morning Suzi, I, too, have stopped using any Retinol products. Dried my skin out something chronic! Now treating myself to regular facials using Alumier products, found a fabulous facialist in Cheltenham, Raymundo at Nu-Clear & skin never been better 😊 less is more on the product front, a revelation 🎉 x

Yes the Beckham series was so good...i watched it in two sittings on the same day. The clips of football were so wonderfully atmospheric. Plus as i'm at the moment working towards my diploma as a health coach the Blue Zone series has also been great. So glad your on the mend and i love your purple hair.

I love the lilac hair and did mine that color but when it faded my blonde hair has a red tint to it now. Not a fan of the severe French look but a little slouchier but then with less of a dressy looking top. It seems like shopping is a pastime of yours and I like it too especially the preloved clothies, but lately I am so busy I spend my free time with my old kitties. OMG, it's past 4 in the morning. I watch a lot of YT and American reality shows.
Speaking of things that shouldn't be blooming . My husband told me to come out in the yard bring my phone . On October 5th my lilacs rebooted. Such a surprise. But a happy one . Lilacs are my favorite.

After retinol (at night)you should always use moisturiser on top and spf 50 in the day . I'm not a fan either even using it only a few nights a week
I watched Beckham last week and loved it. I was shocked at how he was treated. I dont know if i would have been able to handle it. I think later today i will watch how to live to 100! I love the purple!!

Love your hair colored and that striped sweater you had on…gorgeous colors…..I also binged Beckham…..I thought it was wonderful, was very surprised how he was treated by management, also they really skipped over the supposed affair , but I’m very happy that they got through it all………..Loved Lupin I believe all seasons are on Netflix, I always watch the last two episodes of the previous season just to make sure I know what’s going on……….I have been a fan of the Blue Zones and have all his books…….the cook book is amazing……….Im also on a getting rid of everything moment………I am being brutal and have 6 bags of clothes in perfect condition that is going to my friends office for the refugees …….it is fall here in Toronto Suzi, but some days still in the 70’s and I still have my a/con as there is no breeze coming in my windows at all………there are not many trees in the city that have changed yet, but they are starting ……..have a wonderful week………❤❤ Donna in Toronto

Hubby is into football but not Becks (Arsenal supporter 😊) so was interested when told him I was watching it, but once he started watching, he was hooked too. Hi Suzi, I missed you last week. I subscribed to acorntv and have been binging ALL of the whodunits on there. I got hooked on Midsommer Murders on our PBS here in the States and wanted more of the same. Since subscribing, I've plowed through at least 7 more shows (all the seasons) including Winstable Pearl, The Fall and Happy Valley. I'm in heaven on the weekends discovering new shows. 😊

Have you tested for Covid? I just had it & laryngitis with lower back pain were symptoms with my episode. Lasted for six weeks overall.
Yes I did and it was negative and I agree with you, I am still coughing, still croaky and back is still a tiny bit niggling. Isn’t it interesting I keep saying I bet it was and so many people have coughs that go on for weeks, I’m sure it’s that crappy virus! Still happy and fairly energetic though! Bad insomnia with it too. Did you? Thanks for sharing Catherine, makes me feel far more normal! xx

I think the French tuck makes people look like you got out of bed in a hurry or the beginning of dementia. lol. I think a blouson look is much better. I wonder if some French influencer was caught with someone else's partner and used the ' French' look as a quick excuse??
