He holds like that to avoid recoil
@@Tango264 I've never fired a gun so feel free to just call me an idiot, but would it be that effective? He has no grip on it, it just rests on his arm, so his left hand has no way to help keep the shotgun held down when the recoil tries to throw it up.

Normally I wouldn't get silly at the end, but having played the game I felt it suits Sergeant Rex's style, so I couldn't resist :)

Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon almost felt more like a meme game but I tell ya it's one of the best meme games ever, loved it 10/10!
I can just imagine him practicing quick drawing that banana on the floor with ease and make it look as nutritious as possible.
It's a bit weird to see the ajm 9's first empty reload animation to be glitched haha.
@deathbreaker s Nah it's glitched because the slide was locked back after the last case was ejected and before a new mag was inserted it closed itself, then the gun basically re-chambers automatically I guess, so it's just unnecessary movement. I guess it's not really a glitch but more like a overlooked detail really, never even realized that before and I'm a pretty big firearm guy.

Rex's AJM is working properly according to how his world dictates it's That being it's auto chambering rounds, but not how it would in ours.
Basically don't take the game seriously, and remember the Mystery science theater 3000 mantra.

The Fazertron has the coolest one I've seen
On Xbox, I found that you could reload the mini gun, though it would play this sorta invisible M249 reload which clipped the model, and upon completing, totally restored the clip despite me not having any ammo

Anyone who hasn't picked this game up in the past is missing out. This is up there with far cry 5 and 4 in terms of greatness and fun.

Nah nah m8, thats just for like...emphasis and effect. Like, yeah brah!
He's not "missing". He's setting the bullets to make sure they're aligned properly. Its something that was common in Vietnam since the original M16s were prone to jamming and the magazines kinda sucked since they were cheap and meant to be disposable but we're reused.

'The gun was built and named in honor of a fallen DPD cop who fell in the line of duty fighting the creeps of the Detroit megaslums and industrial wastelands.'
I feel like this game was a joke for how ridiculous and insane the far cry games were.
I mean, you got two guns from robocop,* you got a freaking robot hand, and many MANY more reasons why.
