The problem is how do you get those things without breaking other things? Pottassium for example comes from dried apricots. But they're absolute sugar bombs with 150calories and 25% from sugar even in non added sugar ones.
I have very severe and aggressive arthritis; both knees, hips have been replaced, I’ve had rotator cuff surgery on both shoulders and the arthritis is now moving to my fingers and back. This summer beginning back in June I started my own version of Dr. Bergs diet and health tips. I completely stopped consuming anything with sugars and also began a plant based diet. Along with my diet I began a 2-4 hour/day workout program (yes, even with all those joint replacements Im still able to play a high level of tennis, cardio and weight training. Shortly thereafter I began the program I noticed the inflammation of my arthritic joints began to lessen. I was getting regular cortisone shots every 60 days in order to relieve a lot of that pain, yet I noticed I began cancelling my cortisone appointments as I wasn’t hurting as much as in the past. Before I knew it I hadn’t gone for any cortisone shots since June…we’re now in November. I truly believe there is a dramatic relationship between sugars and joint inflammation. Anyways in the 4 months of summer I lost 40 pounds and I truly believe that the stopping of sugar consumption literally relieved me of 99% of my joint inflammation!
Good for you 🙏 I have arthritis in both hands and other places, neuropathy in my toes. I too do my own keto. 6 years ago I Stopped all prescriptions meds. I started lessening to doctor burg and discovered I have liver problems that were causing all my pain. I’m working on that. I’ve lost 80 lbs and I’m getting better, naturally. Praise God 🙏🙌

I'm trying to cleanse my liver after years of eating unhealthy foods, including sugar, pasta, bread etc. I have a lot of the symptoms that you describe in your video's. My gp told me I have fatty liver disease and high cholesterol. Instead of advising me to change my diet, he was going to put me on statins. I said no, I'm not taking statins, I will change my diet and see if my results change. Thankfully, I came across Dr Berg's video about fatty liver disease. I am currently drinking lemon and ginger water every morning and taking milk thistle capsules every day and I've completely changed my diet. Thank you Dr Berg. I have learned more on this channel than I ever did at 'school'.
I've never found Dr.Berg to be wrong in 8 years of following him now because the NHS 'salespeople' never got the right diagnosis in 50 years of asking for help.
@@yuris6125 I have done some research regarding taking statins and my conclusion was that they are not something I want to put in my body. I would advise you to do some research and decide from there.
@@yuris6125 Hi Yuri. Please watch Fat Fiction the Documentary. You will learn about Statins. You will learn a lot from this documentary. I wish you and your mother good health.
Dr. Berg, I've been following you since the early days when you had like 30K subscribers. You take dietary information and put it into simple language that everyone can understand. That's one of the things that makes you so successful.
@@carolelerman9686 I'm interested in what questions, or just one, that hasn't been answered. I too wonder about things when I don't get answers, good to push on that more I think.
As Dr Berg explains in this video the colleges and high schools are only about forcing kids to memorize stuff and then see how well they memorized the material. That's the only reason I left the University after 3 years.... it was clear schools don't prepare you for the real world. Today I earn 6 figures and zero school debt as compared to my x-girlfriend who has her PhD and has 6 figures in debt working at an elementary school today.
Just a thought for you Dr Berg, these are my observations. I m fifty. Grains and sugar are a big part of vegetarian diets. Till 20 years back, digesting them was never an issue. Of course I had health problems but no issues with grains dairy or sugars. Things started changing 20 years back. These foods were suddenly difficult to digest. I thought I had developed auto immune disorders. In the recent past I made changes in the food I was buying. Like, I moved to organic milk, cold pressed oils, and very recently I bought a different type of whole wheat flour. That is when I realised for the first time that this is how the flour was in my earlier years. Then I remembered that nowadays everything is GM, ie, genetically modified. It is this modification that our body kind of rejects. So my conclusion is that let's do things the way it was done by our ancestors. Right from timings to food combinations and especially farming methods. I think that is where the problem lies and not in all this medical guesswork that all doctors are up-to.
God made fruit, it cant be bad. People ate lots of bread in the Bible, its one of the most basic foods throughout history it cant be bad. What can be is how they make it now!
@@scotth9828 Spot on! And as a vegetarian (not a vegan) I eat some carbs, and will look for good flour and make my own bread. Sugar, however, should be a no-no across the board.
Thank you for explaining this. I am 39 years old and just recently cut sugar and soda out. I'm still battling with salty junk food snacks. Thank you for your help! You are adding years to people's lives, like a true doctor should.
Can confirm: I went all-in with a keto diet, low to no carbs, 3 months ago, and I've dropped 30 lbs of fat so far and I love the healthy feeling so much that this eating habit has been easy to maintain. I feel better than I have in years. This video is TOTALLY on point. Bravo to those who heed the invaluable data herein.
@@Soo_Blessed its true ....as of yet, i don't have the discipline to get to 50 grams of carbs; like Berg wants..but im comfortably under 100, and i dropped 20 lbs in a month
Agreed...GP's don't think independently. They are trained to just match a symptom to a medication. They don't use an investigative approach to find the root cause. They dont have time for that either. I basically come on this channel for cures. Helped me a lot. Appreciate it Dr Berg. :)
@@suzieb841 that may help.... but it is not the doctors fault that he or she has to cram in so many patients with in an hour .... the cost per month is far more than you think than the doctor gets paid .... there is so much more going on than you or I will ever see .....they just do not have the time .... Funny that the insirancce companies will not pay for holistic doctors
For me personally, probably the best episode yet, because it just touches on everything at the same time. Thank you Dr Berg, the information you put here on UA-cam has helped me to lose more than 50 lbs and literally saved my life. I'm about to start another long term fast tomorrow, a good solid 7 days with only water, green tea, and supplements recommended by you. I'm hoping by the end of the year to drop another 35 lbs and get close to my ideal BMI for the first time in my life since being a little kid. Keep up the good work brother, regardless of blood relation, you're always a welcome part of my family!
I don’t know how I stumbled across these videos, but I’m hooked. My diet is already changing, and my life expectancy is increasing! Thank you for the great information!
My entire life I’ve been told to eat several small meals a day and to carry a candy bar for times I feel I’m going to faint due to low blood sugar. This medical advice has destroyed my health. Thank You Dr. Berg for this library of healing remedies and natural health alternatives you are recording for the generations to come. I have inundated my adult children with your videos.
That’s more of PUFA and mitochondria damage and other various horrible things seed oils and PUFA does to your health most likely. Sugar is defensive, and it’s good for stress.
Dr. Berg is saving many lives with his information he gives us. So thankful that Dr. Berg cares to have a channel to tell us how to live healthy, most dr.s simply don't really care about patients and are just in the medical profession for the 💰.
Unfortunately, you're delusional. Keto is a fad diet which helps no one. Always choose healthy carbs if you want optimal health and avoid ALL animal products. They are not food, they are violence disguised as food.
The medical practioners are only in the medical field for 💰, they rarely care about a person's health. We are surely blessed to have access to Dr. Berg and his teaching for a healthier lifestyle.
@@Drberg Thank you for what you give so freely. I appreciate that you do your own research and come to your own conclusion. Thousands of people Love you and pray for you. Wow, thank you Doctor for admitting that even Doctors like yourself are forced to memorize and regurgitate!!! That is the problem in every area, not only Doctors, but Lawyers, Psychologists, and so on...
@@Truth15freedom you nailed it! That's why we homeschool and with a classical approach. Learning to memorize is key, but that's not understanding. It's just info. The layers of application need to be applied. People need lots of memorization from a young age as it's good for the brain, but then as we get older we discuss what's been memorized and why, then later we can synthesize our own thoughts- hopefully with wisdom. Imagine this method being in you since age 5... it would be ludicrous to just treat people with a memorized list... or treat any part of life without independent thinking. Our education system- even medical school- sadly produces list makers, not makers of life. Much like learning about real nutrition and health here, homeschooling has been our way of unplugging from the broken machine and thriving with real knowledge! Dr. Berg has been part of our homeschool for Science and Health. My 12 year old now knows more about esting for healthier liver function than what my primary doctor shares.
Thank you Dr. Berg for all the hard work and knowledge you are willing to share. We all love and appreciate how you are truely trying to help us to heal and improve our health.
I was a blind person 2 years ago, still very aware of mistakes, this tells me I was a product of what I’ve seen growing up. Lots of nonsense! Very confusing life! I knew nothing more than to do negativity. All I needed was a lead, I had already been seeking answers for myself in late teens, but of course I was prescribed meds that never worked ever. When I caught on to some patterns they lead to other things which did not stop. My life flipped a complete 180. Eventually my life was the opposite, literally. I didn’t realize how tough it’s been until I understood what was keeping my energy down, I thought it was just life but I always knew there was more, this couldn’t be life. Since then I’ve gone MIA from the world and began to educate myself everyday, in the midst I realize I’ve always had diabetes my whole adult life which explains much, especially because I watched my dad stab himself in the abdomen scaring friends away. I put an end to the hereditary addiction of sugar/carbs and unhealthy way of thinking(which determines pretty much your quality of life) it’s been dramatic with others accepting me and their obvious jealousy and my stress dealing with “love” or I should say trauma bond! But what keeps me going are the many barriers overcame and meaningful moments that I’m okay with experiencing them alone. Thank you Dr. Berg. Anyone trying to help themselves, take the time to watch these videos. Get your life back.
Which is why they’re now using climate change as the newest excuse to remove foods we need like meat & eggs. Spent 58 years of my life thinking that I could be suffering from either depression or bipolar, Unexplainable fatigue almost all the time except when I was exercising, poor concentration, poor sleep I thought I suffered severe insomnia, all becaiuse of my love for all things sweet, until I saw your what would happen if you stopped eating sugar, I did a three day experiment and a complete switch, I felt extremely great on the second day and fasting became straightforward since I did not experience sugar inspired cravings. I thought I knew a thing or two about wellness until I came accross that video and I also had an eye problem and had to receive injections due to cholesterol and hypertension mostly from sugar consumption, Thanks very much for all you do and your enlightenment I even shared with my friends on our chat group. THANKS!
What up Dr. Berg. Currently on day 7 of a 14 Day Fast. Inflammation gone, lost 2ibs of fat, and I'm no longer pre-prediabetic. Thanks to your advice I'm feeling great during this whole experience, and suffering no side effects. And once I'm off, I'm fasting every other day and on the days I'm eating, I'm on one meal a day. As soon I heard that you went to Chiropractic School, I began to trust that you know what you are talking about. Working with DCs for nearly 10 years I was so impressed with the constant health and nutritional education they receive and are required to continue taking as things are always changing. Comparing that to the amount of nutritional education MDs receive, it is huge! There is definately a requirement for medical professionals, but I never get my nutritional information from them.
Very wise understanding Dr Berg. Memorization, rote learning, imitation and "parroting" are the foundations of modern education in almost every academic field.
I am being treated for Complex PTSD due to severe trauma suffered, naturally IBS, cortisol and other symptoms ruled my life for a long while. Thanks to your videos I have managed to get my bowel back to a normal daily function, the cortisol has subsided substantially and anxiety has become a lot more manageable with less spikes and panic attacks. Omg! it's now 6 a.m in my country and last night I went to bed thinking I'll research what happens when you eat carbs or sugar when dieting and doing intermittent fasting. I recently began (my 10th day) and cheated a couple times. I had honey and my sugar level went very low then I had coconut bake(flour) and had excruciating headaches. Thank you sooo much Dr. Berg for always being here for us. You're the best🤍

I was in top shape and health before diagnosed with CML (chronic myeloid leukemia) and I am 284 days from a Bone Marrow Transplant. I am cancer free , still healing but feeling good. But through all this I had to eat things I hardly ever ate, pasta, bread, dairy etc. My pill consumption is crazy so food to help with nausea. My medications raised my Triglycerides plus all the carbs and menopause.....it's a lot. But I was a dancer and athlete so I can finally walk 3-4 times a week and other assorted exercises. I took out sugar and most carbs from my diet, it's been a week. In two months I will be off most of my medications and do a cleanse from all the chemo. Do you have any advice for people who have been through cancer?? Thank you for your dedication in informing people.
Dr. Berg I am so surprised you upload a video same day or very next day whenever my 16 years old daughter come to me with a question about a health issues. I share the video with her. Thank you for making my life easy 😃
Your tangent about education is something I really relate to, and why I decided to drop out of college in my first month. Everything felt rushed, never really giving the student time to soak in the information and dissect it, to truly understand and test the information presented. Having a genius level I.Q. (admittedly, I'm in the low end of the bracket, but still in) can be great, as you can absorb new information very quickly and learn very complex concepts, but the big danger I noticed was learning the wrong things quickly. I had to put a stop to it, back off, and reassess. In college, I felt like I was being indoctrinated more than I was being educated, and I didn't like my predictions about how my life would play out if I continued that path. I've learned so much more through independent study than I ever learned in school. If you learn anything in life, it should be HOW TO LEARN. You must learn the Socratic method, and the scientific method. You have to be able to question information presented, and to challenge the information. If you just accept everything at face value as fact, you're doomed to become misinformed, or worse, indoctrinated. On the flip side, you do need to take leaps of faith and have trust at times, as there isn't enough time to scrutinize every last piece of information that comes your way. It's a balancing act that quite frankly requires years, even decades of real-world experiences to discern what to trust and what to question. Without real life experience, you have no baseline by which to determine if new information seems questionable. The downside to such prudence is, at least in my case, it doesn't pay as well as just doing what you're told. However, I live a life with no debts, my thoughts are my own, and I'm overall more at peace with myself than my family and friends. I never stop learning, and I'm always interested in hearing other perspectives, as I learn best where my blind spots are when I do so. You seem like a decent doctor, and actually remind me a little of my own doctor. He's always learning new stuff, and even has an app that notifies him of new medical breakthroughs as they happen. Truly fascinating guy. He actually pays attention to my health concerns, and only offers solutions once I've fed him enough info, rather than leaping to conclusions and acting like he knows everything. Last thing I'd ever expect to hear him say is, "The science is settled." Together, we've tried stuff from routine to the cutting edge experimental. He never sugar coats or downplays the risks, and if I think a treatment isn't worth it, he typically shifts gears and starts thinking about alternative solutions rather than forcing anything on me. When he does insist on something, I pay attention, because if he's willing to hard press a treatment, it must really be my best option. I wish more doctors were like him. Glad to see you might be a doctor like that. I've only seen 2 of your videos, but you come across as both competent and reasonable. Superb qualities in a doctor. Most doctors I come across seem disinterested, or worse, act like just because I didn't go to med school that I can't understand medical information. It makes me think the reason they don't want to answer the question is because they actually don't know why the answer is the answer, and that does not inspire me one bit.
You hit it on the nose. Unfortunately our universities try too hard to indoctrinate. I see people graduate without knowing how to think for themselves. Be a thinker and not a follower. Dr. Berg has a lot of knowledge and learning things and applying them into your life makes you a winner.
Dr Berg, I totally agree with you about med school and what the majority of doctors are like! I went back to school and I kid not, right after graduating, just beginning new career, and I got sick, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, neurological problems, and arthritis, these things gradually in order, over the past 10 years, and I couldn't believe how bad things are until I myself became a patient. In fact, there's things I've learned from you to help and I am thankful for your continuing research and sharing how we care get well and prevent illness. ❤
The only thought…Thank You Doc for putting in the work and relaying the knowledge to us. Can’t even express how grateful. Enjoy your holiday season everyone

I hadn't thought about this before. I have a special creamed honey, locally produced, and they offer a version with lots of cinnamon. It's too expensive for frequent use, but I sometimes put a teaspoon of it in a cup of tea. That's a perfect use of cinnamon. It works. Waistline used to be 36" and now just 32". I wonder what would happen if I follow all of Dr. Berg's recommendations. 👌🤔
First person I ever heard any details about nutrition was in a book I found on my grandmother’s bed. It was Adelle Davis. I opened the book to a chapter about B2. I read symptoms for a deficiency in B2. 2symptoms are flakey skin on the sides of your nose and flakey skin in one’s eyebrows. I had those! I went and bought B2 and the problem went away within a few days. I have been hooked on nutrition since but wow there is so much they know now since then.
Ex girlfriend put me onto that author and nutrition in general, the relationship went on too long in hindsight but I'm she glad revolutionised my intake.
It’s really mind blowing indeed how much value is attributed to formal degrees alone. I witnessed a number of bad advices or cases of ignorance among medical professionals myself, as I have worked in that field for about 8 years, besides also having half a dozen relatives with medical careers. Just alone discovering your wise channel and getting all the information made 2022 a successful year for me. Many many thanks to you and your colleagues, mainly Dr. Robert Lustig, Dr Sten Ekberg, Dr. Alan Mandell. Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones.
Right. - Don’t expect things per se to be dealt logically with. And even when it’s risk free and totally affordable, many folks prefer staying stuck in the same old dead end road. Cheers from Berlin.
This is fantastic beyond words! Hooray Dr. Berg! I do like to have a couple drinks (literally 2) on the weekends and I know that's not healthy but it's good to know about the B1 thing to help even more (already doing the water, electrolytes, and milk thistle). Thanks doc, you rock! Much love and respect from Canada ❤💯

@@Truth15freedom I think wisdom is the ability to digest and apply knowledge.

Truly. No “e”.
Hope ur OK now 👍

👏Bravo
Thanks 😎🤙🏾
You hit it on the nose. Unfortunately our universities try too hard to indoctrinate. I see people graduate without knowing how to think for themselves. Be a thinker and not a follower. Dr. Berg has a lot of knowledge and learning things and applying them into your life makes you a winner.

*The tips and strategies shared here on how to block the side effects of carbs are incredibly helpful. I appreciate the emphasis on balance and finding ways to minimize the impact of occasional carb consumption. Thank you for sharing this valuable information* 😊
I hadn't thought about this before. I have a special creamed honey, locally produced, and they offer a version with lots of cinnamon. It's too expensive for frequent use, but I sometimes put a teaspoon of it in a cup of tea. That's a perfect use of cinnamon. Some of the spiced black tea blends will be heavy on the cinnamon or other spices.
That is an amazing video. I believe once we start on a healthy diet,we crave less and less of sugary and refined foods.thank you so much for the guidance.
All of your videos are super helpful to me. I've learned so much. And I'm much healthier and happier thanks to you. Thanks so much for all the work you put in to bring this knowledge to me. I greatly appreciate you Dr. Berg.

Don’t forget about activated charcoal if you ate too much or have indigestion! It’s also been shown to help flush excess LDL cholesterol from the body too.
Happy New Year Dr Berg and thank you for all the great information you dispense. I gave up sugar and carbohydrates a year ago in favour of a keto diet and although it have on occasion fallen off of it, I feel so much better when I get back on it.
So packed with new information for me, I had to listen to this twice. Best video yet, Dr. Berg!

@@Drberg Thanks! I will 👍
Thank-you Dr.Berg,
I have COPD and have went off my medications. I lost a good amount of weight about 2 yrs ago and then gained it back. I was 225 lbs. but now am 205 lbs. I am back to not eating till noon. I quit drinking alcohol 3 yrs ago and smoking 2 yrs ago. I don't do candy but I'm addicted to carbs . I'm seriously done with bread, but it's really tough. I cheat with bananas, and fruit once in a while. I bought some wraps made from rice today so I could have some kind of burrito ( weakness) ! I will make it but it's tough!
@@lorenpriest7604 try jicama tortillas they are low carbs.
You are some sort of God send. You have an amazing way of presenting important health information no one would ever know. I wish I discovered your channel years ago.
Dr. Berg is always adapting and evolving in his knowledge. Blessed to have to found this channel, thank you sir~
Dr Berg you are amazing. We love you! Thank you so much and God bless you and all your family.
You are a true blessed and a good man for sharing and making it so simplified to understand.
Bless you bro. Keep the goodness going.
Perfect. Thanks Dr Berg. I've been trying to figure this out.❤️👏
Could you do a video on post menopausal diets...how to balance sugars, carbs, vegetable, protein etc. Help!
I concur with that. After watching these videos I am so confused as to which vitamins and supplements to take for your specific body makeup. I guess going to a natural doctor would help. I have internal vibrations where my nerves go crazy, especially when I consume dark chocolate, alcohol, caffeine, sugar and I have heart palpitations which scare me. Sometimes without these vices, I still have tremors. I wish there was something I could do to combat this problem as I'm not really sure what to take. My neurologist just wants to push a drug that has side affects. I haven't taken it.
“Not that you would ever do this, but…” I love Dr. Berg’s humor.
Sugar addict, no alcohol, no coffee or caffeine, no ice cream, soda or preservative baked goods. Have very physically active job, have been 5'11", 170 since age 12(50 yrs), have not been to doctor or sick for 45 yrs. I eat a frozen KitKat at 4 am every day, do not like breakfast or lunch food so I do not think of food til 4 pm when I usu eat chicken, pork or some protein w rice and peas, carrots, corn, or pasta.
Bake myself a small cake every week. I do make strawberry banana smoothies freq and love popcorn. What do you recommend to counter my lifelong habits? Love your channel and have been following the apple cider vinegar and take vitamins every day. THX
HEEY DR ERIC BERG, i missed your advice these days ,
, i use no sugars in my drinks. And i am getting healthier everyday. Thnks to you.
No sugara for me , ever after.
Life changing and literally saving information to live a healthy life. Many thanks Dr. Berg for providing valuable health information to live our best lives and take the best care of our body!
I am always thankful for you, Dr Berg. God has blessed you to bless others. It is not just your knowledge but also your manner in sharing, teaching, caring for, etc. I really hope you know Him personally!
Hi Dr Eric Berg, Thanks for being a high integrity person. Of course, loving your videos. Please add a donation button or Patreon to your descriptions.
Thank you Dr. Berg. Excellent info and videos as always! I have several bookmarked to watch over the course of the next couple of weeks. I SO appreciate what you do and how you do it!
Finally something I can do, I was told pre-diabetes and to work out but nothing else to do. You have shared some things that I can do now.
Great video! Thank you Dr.Berg❤🙏 What makes me sad is that all the bad food that make us sick is what food food banks give out. I had to utilize a food bank/pantry recently for the first time. 99% of what they gave me, I can not eat. It was all carbs and surgery stuff, cake frosting, salted brownie mix. The ingredients in that stuff could put me in to a coffin. It's sad, I will fast my way thru hardship and live.
Be well all❤
I thank you Dr Eric Berg for the healthcare service provision to the most vulnerable. Am s breast cancer patient who didn't under go the mainstream care, no chemo, no radiotherapy for a year. Have followed you changed diet n am very strong. I pray that God prolongs your life for us. God bless you
Dr Berg - thank you for this invaluable video. However, with the myriad of vitamins, minerals and herbal tablets recommended by you in this and past videos, would you please do a video on what time of day to take everything, how (what not with) how much to take, with or without food etc etc. Thank you so much x
Deep thanks for shedding light on the way our "experts" are "educated"...rather, "trained" more exactly. So right when you make the distinction between memorizing (as in trained) and understanding something. Beautiful elucidation to understand better the way we live and or the system we as a society use "to guide" us all. It is all very powerful and clarifying. Deeply thank you for that.
10 months of highly successful keto program, & using some of Dr Berg’s products while incorporating info from his myriad of Ytubes. I rate THIS video in his top 10 BEST, along with those re my original problem; decades of high anxiety & nightly anxiety attacks. All gone, along with cravings & hunger, & 4 sizes; effortlessly once past the 1st few days. iThank you Dr Berg. 🙏🏻
Any bread or pasta is like taking a sleeping pill for me! I cant function and feel so tired. Thanks Dr. Berg. I definitely feel better when I dont eat sugar, pasta, rice and bread.
Ate two large homemade pizzas yesterday and I slept as If I'd taken morphium 😀
Me too!
I eat all 4 daily, but my biggest “cheat” is fasting & exercise. I just have to make sure I replenish the stuff that gets depleted as a result.
@@JACKPOTTT777 I love my pizza! I made two homemade ones yesterday, but luckily my boys came over and ate most of them.
Eating Bread definately affects the brain
Dr. Berg is the guy I bank on to tell me good from bad! Glad I found his videos!
I took milk thistle for liver problems due to stones in bile ducts and my lupus. It always helped
Doctor Berg Thank you for everything you changed my life i feel healthier that 20 years ago i am now 49. It takes courage to point out how medical professionals are only memorizing what they read. I totally agree ❤
Thank you for making practical advice available for free. Now to apply the knowledge. I haven’t made a complete change yet. But i have eliminated most sugar and fast 12 hours daily. Life changes are challenging but worth the effort. I am pumped. 😊
Hi Dr. BERG ! Sir, thank you very much for sharing all your INCREDIBLE knowledge...❤️😘Your contribution to improving the health of the world's population is immense and invaluable!🐬🦋
My pleasure! Glad to help!
Doctor Berg, Sometimes you are just too amazing! This is a new way to think of our food. I kinda knew about the "fat and protein" idea but now I really "got it."
I am in the middle of all this , he makes a lot of sense and I am gratefull for the info he supplies so I can join the dots up and make my own plan .
Dr. Berg = common sense. I don't even follow all of his recommendations. I only follow some, yet I already lost 15 kg in 16 months! Thanks, Dr. Berg for your videos. It works. My sugar is down and my blood pressure is now back to normal. 👏
What recommendations do you follow?
@@allainesy4612 I've avoided eating carbs during dinner, I still eat some small amount of carb during daytime, but no softdrinks, no cakes, no pasta (well, sometimes 😂), no refined sugar, no canned/processed food, no more bread (well, sometimes 😂), fasting about only twice a week.
Thanks for that comment. I'm going to get b2 today!
I hope it helped! 😊
Ex girlfriend put me onto that author and nutrition in general, the relationship went on too long in hindsight but I'm she glad revolutionised my intake.
Dr. Berg..you are the best and you have changed our outlook to food and lifestyle. Thank you so much😊
It’s really mind blowing indeed how much value is attributed to formal degrees alone.
This video had so much useful information, I listened to it five times!! Thank you. I just needed this!
So glad you found it helpful!
This Doctor is saving my life, one day at a time. I so appreciate him. On Keto with OMAD, it's awesome.
Me too, I'm saving my life every day as opposed to destroying it with my old diet 💯💕💪
Thank you so much Dr Berg, the content you provide here is invaluable. I agree with you 100% as regards to memorising as opposed to learning and critical thinking, well said Doc.
