If I delete the game and install the game again after a few days, will my game data be secure?
By the way I purchased from steam
It uses Steam cloud, so your saves should still 'come back to you' if you so wiped your entire computer, as long as you still own the same Steam account that is.
Check if in game you have cloud save active on your profile. If you do you will be ok.
If your steam cloud is enabled on your profile then yes, if you've save edited which requires it to be off then it will not save and when you uninstall it will be gone.

@@DileepaDilshanYou need to go to the documents folder and open the game's config file with notepad, there try to find suspension_reset, set it to 0

hey, im new to ETS2. Can somebody explain to me why cant i see and buy any older trucks (for example Renault Magnum or the Scania R - Series)?
You can buy it only in aftermarket
Now they are not in dealership they are in aftermarket but I think you need some levels to access it
you can find them in the "Used Trucks" section of the menu. They will come with some level of wear and damage to the components and will need quite a big spend to renew, but I think it's safe to assume at this point anyone new to Ets should get a steam workshop mod to boost earnings early on. There are so many trucks and trailers now it's probably for the best to go at a pace of your choosing instead of being forced to a slow crawl through the game earning mechanics. You'll get into the modding environment very soon trust me, they improve the game in every sort of way: traffic AI, weather, rain, skyboxes, sounds, modded trucks, addons, physics, road environments, increased delivery times, realistic mirror fovs and much much more. Most of them are free too

Current 1.50 beta have some odd random rubber-banding and micro-stutters, none that is FPS related nor visible on any monitoring tool, so that adds some problems to that.
But use MSI Afterburner as an overlay and check how much CPU and GPU is used, and at what temp and how much RAM and Vram is used. I see no point in ever locking FPS to higher than 60 (that were a setting also in 1.49, it just lacked the working setting to get the game to not go 100% in the background if tabbed out), as I can't see of feel any difference at all between locked 60 or a steady 100+.
(On the other hand I can't play anything below 50, as it feels a bit sluggish, but some sacrifices might have to be made if having an old computer)

@@vutomy As in testing how much more it can take before melting then? As Shadowplay is the recording part of Nvidia Experience, that automatically activates and buffering of a few minutes of gameplay video in the background until one turn that off.
MSI Afterburner is still the best monitoring tool even for Nvidia Cards.. while Nvidia (unpleasant) Experience still can show some of the performande and fps.. it still is sadly far behind what MSI Afterburner did already around 10 years ago when it comes to monitoring
