@@nikitavinod8384 I followed diet + exercise, diet means I'm a pure veg, so in breakfast I eat any seasonal fruit only and in lunch very small quantity of rice 100gr + dal+ curry, and evng snack any fruit, and dinner by 7pm I eat quinoa with curd or any little millets cooked. I did exercise 1:30- 2 hrs a day in the mrng combination of HIIT + abs + pcos exercises for me, do follow sister u will definitely get results in 1month , all the best and remember one thing effort never fails sister
