How to Make A Shepherd's Journal from Disney's Atlantis (also making hidden cosplay storage)

Hello! With the possibility of conventions happening this year, we wanted to make a video on hiding storage in your cosplay props! Additionally, we rewatched Atlantis: The Lost Empire, and wanted to make the Shepherd's Journal :)
We used very basic materials and tools, like EVA foam, scrap cardboard (from all of those lockdown purchases), a wooden dowel, and foam clay, as well as a stanley knife/box cutter, heat gun and contact cement. It cost less than £10 in supplies and let us experiment with some fun techniques!
