Hello. I want to thank you so much for the effort you've put into this. I mean all the videos you've posted for more than 4 years. There's SO much info here, I think anything related to scoliosis can be found here.
I don't know for sure if what i have been suffering from all these years is due to scoliosis, but it seems to be very similar, and your videos have helped me immensely both in giving me some understanding of the problem, and in fixing the problem.
Really, I haven't been able to breathe this freely for YEARS. And I've been doing these yogas only for the past few days. Physically, too, it seems to be getting better. Though, it's never for sure as I always seem to go back to having the problem. But, here's hoping for the best.
Also, I do sincerely hope that YOU have been able to fix your scoliosis problem through these yogas. Thank you so much!

thank you for sharing^^~ I have an S shape severe thoracolumbar curve on the left so a little rib hump on right thorax but big hump on left thoracolumbar. Is it better if I breath in to the right using diaphragm breathing and breath out to the left?

Thank you! Yes you can do a childs pose as an alternative but it doesn't quite have the same effect.

Thank you! It is inspiring. How many breaths should I hold?

As long as you want and can really focus on the correct breathing patters. Quality over quantity!

Hi! I enjoyed learning about de rotation. I have been working out at the Y. I am intrigued by the stretching bars. Is it OK to hang and breathe? I have been doing that and I really feel straighter after I hang.

Hi Anna, yes traction is great! I would just be mindful if you're hypermobile or have any weakness in the shoulders. I prefer to keep the feet on the ground (semi hanging)
