- Uh oh, Elon Musk is Tweeting again. And boy is he wrong.
He's wrong about how Windows works. And he's wrong to even complain about how it works. It's a bit of pot meets kettle. Yeeesh. But hey, he says he texted Satya Nadella about it.

I reckon he's simply highlighting that it's not as simple as it used to be.
No, he was complaining it was impossible. He deleted the community note correcting him on it, but has changed his tune slightly since then.
But again, his focus is on, by having the account "Microsoft's AI gets your data," which is exactly the case with his car. Pot. Kettle.
It’s so exhausting to hear people hating on anyone. You didn’t need to create this video and hate. Btw… there are only a few OS systems in contrast to hundreds of models of cars. Terrible comparison.
It's exhausting to see people contrive commentary to be something that wasn't said. There's no hate here, just truth.
And your latter statement works against you. Hundreds of models of cars, and you can name on one hand the number that require a login to use them.
Among OS's this is normal. Among cars it is not. So the complaint coming from Musk is just hard to take seriously.
As I said in the video, I think it'd be better if NO device (phone, tablet, computer, or car) required an online account. But it's silly to complain about just one and give others a free pass.
Elon Musk point is that the average should be able to do this easily
Ok, firstly, the average person can do this easily. But no it wasn't his point. He specifically said:
"...which also means giving their AI access to my computer! " which presumably is why setting up a computer with an online account is bad.
And that's just silly coming from the guy who created cars you can't drive without setting up an account that literally tracks you everywhere you go with AI.
Bet 100 dollars that you can use all features of a Tesla car without the app
That sounds pretty complicated.
Typing in a single email address? Not... really?
Just use a Ms account what’s the big deal? Try using an iPhone or iPad without an Apple ID 😂
