In my perspective, better life means gud body with good movement peaceful mind filled with lots of responsibilities in a herirachy way..some me time to fulfill ur soul too much love to ur small small kids and ofcrs planning the next day before sleeping. Spending some money for mynhappiness only for giving credits to myself..u can say peeth thapthapana..that give u power u must go on..apne aap se apne aap ka competiton kyu na aaj kal se kuch acha kru.making better life becomes easy when u listen ur inner emptiness like brahmni..weh u feel ur sound viberations in ur inner body.
