Makes: 8 Egg Rolls Prep Time: 10 Mins. Cook Time: 10 Mins.
- 1 Lb Ground Beef
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 Yellow Onion, Chopped
- 1 Package of Eggroll Wrappers
- Sliced or Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Canola Oil
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Seasoned Salt
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Avocado or Olive Oil Spray OR Duck Fat (For Air frying ONLY)
SAUCE:
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
- 1 Tbsp BBQ Sauce (Optional)
- 1 Tbsp Sweet Relish
- 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp Paprika
