I really like your teaching style. I tried to make the coin quilt when I first started quilting and it didn't come out very good. This was smarter and looks easier. I like the color coordination. I have made a couple of your projects. I am really proud of my ironing board. Still working on organizing my fabric and shelving. Thank you.

Thanks so much for this. I was having problems laying out a baby quilt set of charm squares. I saw this video and decided to modify my pattern to resemble something like this and it brought everything together nicely. Thanks so much.

Love this! If it might help anyone, I find it easier to sew strips in pairs, then sew those pairs into pairs, and so on- switching which end I start sewing from to avoid any wonkiness. It keeps me from having to maneuver such a big strip set until later in the process. :)

I'd do that too. Probably sew the small black strips to the small main strip. Then put them together. I love the colors. The quilt turned out great.

Great video. The right side of the quilt hanging up,, the strip set is not in the same order as the others; is that on purpose?

Sewing those many strips together don’t you find you have bowing in the middle? I was taught not to sew more than four strips without turning and sewing in the reverse.
