- Explore with us the chilling evolution of the Tyrants in the Resident Evil series! In this video, we'll break down the origins, mutations, and different variants of these imposing antagonists. From the initial and fearsome T-001 to the advanced Nemesis-T and the sophisticated Ivans, discover how these bio-weapons were designed to be the ultimate super soldiers of Umbrella Corporation.
The nuking of Raccoon city makes so much more sense when you realize how many tyrants were active, ALONG with the zombies and other BOWs.
Yup racoon city was crazy lol
Can imagine umbrella calling the US military like
"yo we fucked up, send a nuke"
6 were active at the time which is already pretty focked
yeah, that october 1st was wild.
Don't even try to nuke racoon city, remember like cockroaches and viruses
The T-virus can mutate in various parasitic looking viruses that can grow more pain and suffering for the host so never nuke racoon city
Lmfao someone in my office legit asked me what documentary is that 😂😂😂😂 that voice is spot on for one.
Tell them it’s about creating bio organic weapons and ask them if they would like to partake.
Don’t get fired though lmao.

Yeah the narrator sounds like the guy on the videos teacher made you watch in science class.

The thumbnail is perfect. Everyone is looking at Lady Dimitrescu wanting to ask a question.
The question: Are they real?
@@Depressed_until_dead All of the Tyrants: Mom?
Lady Dimitrescu: First and foremost, I'm not your mother. And secondly, stay away from my daughters.
"You're a tyrant?" They all say in union

That question being: Is she single?
Love the term “blend seemlessly into society” for the T-103s lol. Yes this 500lb 7 foot+ man wouldn’t have anyone asking questions lol
He would look normal if he wasn't pale

@@JackFrostIsHereHe was talking about Mr. X lol, not lady D
@@jusdon7522 it's arguable that every main character in resident evil is a bioweapon and doesn't know it
Side note, Resident evil 8 has soooo many problems, would have been way better as some kind of standalone game or even a red dead redemption 2 dlc just completely remove the psychic villains. Doesn't fit in resident evil at ALL. Not at all. Never.
8 had some awesome things going for it, but it didn't really make any sense and felt random, it felt forced, it didn't feel like it belonged to the resident evil franchise at all. As where 7 sort of made sense as a isolated event that is apart of the franchise after 6, 8 didn't make sense especially for the resident evil franchise.
Ah. One final thing. 6 is probably the best game in the franchise, people absolutely loved the remake of 2, 3 and 4, which all played like resident evil 6............. really, 6 was a decent finale.
Resident evil 1 was awful. I don't really count the filler games, but operation racoon city had some potential, its a damn shame they didn't think about adding that game as a online mode for resident evil 6.
@@JackFrostIsHere he was definitely talking about Mr x, lady D wasn't a infiltration bioweapon, she was the only reason resident evil 8 was even slightly interesting. THAT GAME DOESNT EVEN MAKE SENSE AS A RESIDENT EVIL GAME AND IT FEELS FORCED.
Should have torn that game apart and made the best dlc possible for red dead redemption 2 or something. Idk. Or a game that completely stood alone as a competitor to resident evil since so many competitors are... scary but lame.
I really thought Lady D was a new type of Tyrant when i first seen her. Missed opportunity. Tyrants with complete human intelligence would be insanely dangerous
Mr. X had human level intelligence, and so did the Tyrant from RE:6
@@austinclements8010
The RE6 one was very vindictive and had anger issues… even for a tyrant.
The real missed opportunity with alcina... Was having her be the very first boss, everybody after her sucked ass... Mutant baby chasing you down corridors and shit, I liked village well enough but yea... They dropped the ball.
@sajohnson09 everyone loves the baby section. It's very well done horror. The fish section is ass but the factory is alright. I agree the castle should have been further in the game. (Switched with the fish section) but heisenberg is clearly stronger and better prepared than alcina so her being after him makes no sense.
@@im2arrogant118 Based on how I smoked his ass I wouldn't say he was clearly stronger, just had longer to try to waste my time since she had to deal with Ethan first. Fake magneto was the 2nd best one but it's just my opinion on which parts of the game I enjoyed more.
Feels like Tyrant is basically Umbrella attempt to make 40k Space Marine
Well all there missing is power Armor and a big gun
Yeah, they're deff weaker but the slow speed and decreased cognition fit the bill for geneseed flaw
These are not comparable. Space marines are cyborgs with limited gene modifications, not undead super mutants.
@@jusdon7522 I mean, those trench-coats were pretty damn effective for armor, and the Nemesis succeeds in the "big gun" department, so....

@@GameReaper95cuz he wears the cool guy sunglasses
The only thing making him directly less dangerous than the others is what's left of his humanity and self-awareness. He has specific goals beyond murder and uses risk-assessment / manipulation to carry them out. Ultimate portable BOW? The DNA of Wesker, neurology of Nemesis, and non-prejudiced blood lust of Mr. X combined. Immediate world domination xD

This was great they also have a another yt pod called residence of evil or something that did this a couple months ago
Honestly the Damnation tyrants are just the coolest AND tallest ones.
And most powerful
Even taller and more powerful than Lady dimitrescu 😅.
I consider them to be the most dangerous. Arguably as dangerous as Nemesis and TALOS
@@ofearghailthefearless6481 I agree that they ARE the most dangerous type. Honestly i think they would pull every limb and every tentacle from Nemesis with very little effort. Maybe Nemesis dog stage could be comparable because of the size and agility but just barely.. And i personally consider Nemesis more dangerous than Talos.
@@Marine5D I love both the Damnation Tyrants and Nemesis, though the latter is more dangerous if his kind are just as numerous as the former.
Being much smaller results in a far more difficult target, evident by one of the Super Tyrant mode Damnations being easily annihilated in face of a simple machine gun mounted atop a jet.
Nemesis possesses the capability for an even greater size than the Damnations should he need it as well, evident from Resident Evil 3 Remake's final version of himself.
In standard combat, Nemesis' adept usage of weapons like the laser sighted rocket launcher would put him ahead of the Damnations. We've seen one of those Tyrants being disposed of by a light tank's gun, which isn't too dissimilar from rocket launchers in terms of force applied.
The Damnations' base mode designs are absolutely badass though, and look distinctly more refined than either Nemesis nor Talos, but I have to admit both Nemesis and Talos hold the edge against them in terms of danger and combat.
7:02 Ah yes... nobody would notice him... Arnold Schwarzenegger in Terminator is a better "infiltrator" than Mr. X
Andre the Giant stood out less in a crowd.
Eh, with the way how people walk the streets, I'd say he'll blend in nicely.
Not unless he masters the art of standing so still that he appears virtually invisible...it worked for drax.
yes, his pale gray skin will totally make him invisible to the public
@@ineedmorecarrots6063 And his facial deformities.
I find it hilarious that the Infiltration type Tyrant was meant to "blend in" as a normal human even though it's an 8 foot tall freaking giant with dead eyes, who the hell did they think they were going to fool?
With how people operate i wouldn't be suprised if it worked
Think about it:
You look out your window at night and, in the distance, see a giant clawed monster running down the street.
Are you going to be concerned?
Now, same scenario, but you look out your window and see some tall dude striding purposefully down the sidewalk.
Are you going to be concerned?
It's not perfect camouflage and it's not supposed to be.
Instead it's meant to make it less blatantly noticeable.
It's harder to notice things like height at a distance unless there's a good point of reference (like an average-sized human running screaming from the creature).
Looking at Mr. X up close, he's not going to pass as human anyway.
But he just might escape notice at a distance... At least until it's too late for you to be able to get away.
😂
@@wanderingcalamity360 there doesnt need to be human alongside him lol. There are cars, buildings and light poles. But i agree with the sentiment.
It's more of a "background blend-in" tactic. If you see a big dude in a trench coat walking down the street, you wouldn't pay him any mind. If you see a big grey naked beast with an exposed spine and giant heart, semi covered in spikes/tentacles you'll definitely be scared shitless

Let´s say that Umbrella should keep working on the Infiltration Type Tyrant.

It honestly works as an infiltration type because it may be huge, but that actually helps as most people wouldn’t want to catch those hands when his resting hands are level with your shoulder, and once it’s in the facility it needs to be in, Stealth doesn’t matter anymore, so anyone who wants trouble WILL catch those hands.

Nemesis was terrifying but so was the T-013 because of its immense size but could you imagine if they had Nemesis based off the T-013???
I totally agree with you! The original Nemesis in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis was incredibly terrifying. His relentless, unstoppable nature really did make him feel like a Terminator. He would just keep coming after you, no matter what. The setting in the original game added to the fear factor too-being stranded in Raccoon City with limited ammo and weapons made every encounter with Nemesis a nerve-wracking experience. In comparison, Leon having an arsenal in the battle against these new Tyrants does take away some of that tension. The original's atmosphere and survival horror elements really made Nemesis a standout Tyrant!
