I'm always going to remember this special moments. Before you and your wife split up and before the mental problems. I hope your future gets brighter, much love from Las Vegas. P S give your daughter a big hug from us.
Great review, great vehicle. Didn't have it as a kid, finally made it happen as an adult. It took buying 4 to get one complete including the spotlight lens, dont tell my wife.
I used to play with this vehicle in the pool all the time. The Nightraven - believe it or not - was another pool favorite. It sank very slowly, so it was fun to have it crash land in the water, then have the pilots escape before it slipped beneath the water.
This is a absolutely awesome review of the Cobra Hydrofoil (Moray). Sure a lot to know about it and then some, definitely one of my most favorite of the Cobra vehicles.
Entertaining and informative as usual! The Moray is easily one of my favorites in my entire collection, so great choice! It's a treat to get to see you guys collaborate!
Brilliant review. I remember getting this for my 7th or 8th birthday. I lost it along with most of my other GI Joe toys and it was one of the main things I wanted to recover when I started collecting. This video was very helpful in piecing together all the parts.
top tier vehicle and great driver imho. even tho its bigger and ostensibly better..i do like the water moccasin more...still its a FINE addition to cobra...FITS their tactics to a t...and in my eyes is the premiere ocean craft of the series (i considered the whale to be primarily a beach front assault unit). i am 100% on board with its coloring....the maroon fits perfectly with cobra...while a drab-er more military coloring might have made more sense...in my view cobra was not bound by such things. these vehicle was to be noticed!!! and respect given!
So cool! I wanted one back in the day but was told NO a hundred times or more! My cousin Randy had one, lucky bastard! Great review and I really hope to see this in the third G.I.JOE movie without much deviation to vehicle and driver.
GI Joe having the WHALE, and pulling alongside the Moray, the Lamprey having a rifle may have saved their lives on more than one occasion. I read somewhere (the ubiquitous somewhere everyone reads things lol) the Cobra EELs were the equivalent of Navy SEALs. Having served in the US Navy, O-3 would be Lieutenant. It would make sense the Lampreys were commissioned, vice non-commissioned officers, to maintain the authority on their vessels. The Lampreys would be the Commanding Officers of these vessels, and would be referred to as "Captain," as per Naval tradition. It would not surprise me if former Navy SEALs, disciplined for their behavior, joined Cobra on the condition they can be EELs. I digress, lol. Great vehicle. Great features. The missiles could be based on the Harpoon weapon system. They could also be indicative of the torpedoes launched from P-3 and S-3 aircraft. Just my two cents brother! Great great review!!!!
LOL! I laughed so much I had to see that part 20 times.. XD Coolest review yet dear HCC788! Love this convergence! You guys are the best! Still have my two Cobra Moray's from my childhood.. I remeber in Marvel GI JOE issue 47 when the two Eels came up a hatch behind Storm Shadow on a Cobra Moray and thinking how cool it woud be if they had a storage compartment underneath the deck on the toy as well
You picked my all time favorite Cobra vehicle!!! From bow to stern, it is a force to be reconed with. The only things I don't like about it are, the cheap looking machine guns on the back. You have all of this Cobra awesomeness and then it falls flat. The entertainment factor on you videos keeps getting better! I love the collaboration.
Cool to see the gi joe community collaborating. I remember when I only watched Kevin and was like who the hell is that other guy? Maybe it's time to watch half the battle as well.
Thanks for checking me out and sticking with me. Kevin has been awesome for a long time. Timmer/Half the Battle is great. He's very entertaining. I hope you'll give him a try.
Superb writing and collaborative affect. This is a great stand alone review, but it also really does feel like a part of something bigger. Just awesome. I hope your viewers are treated to a project like this again at some point.
I felt like this toy didn't get enough credit. It satisfied a lot of my interests: it had room for lots of people and in useful positions, nice design and weaponry. Nothing really seemed out of place, odd, or aggravating.
Pretty certain those air to water missiles are actually what we would more commonly call an air launched or released torpedo. It is Launched or dropped from the air then proceeds under the water surface like a typical torpedo. Being that the ship's overriding theme is speed, a torpedo bay would be impractical and unusable while the foils were deployed.
i was hoping for the alliance of how raptor, zandar, crystal ball, big boa, crocmaster, ice cream soldier, and zanzibar joined forces to defeat gi joe once and for all. sigh. I'll take the Moray review...i guess.... Yeah right. The Moray is the second best Cobra vehicle ever. Great review.
now that you've done this there's no where to go. I mean the terror drome is the next big cobra vehicle. the cobra top tier guys have all been done. what's left? the iron grenediers.
I saved up for one and it cost 417 NOK. I was 10 or something. I only had 400, my dad forked up the rest. Now it sits in my parents attic and is in a sorry shape.
I'm happy to get a little ad revenue from google and a little support on Patreon, but I don't do this for a living. And I definitely don't get any money or toys from Hasbro. I'm doing this as a hobby.
i am enjoying ur vids and all the awesome toys u have man it give me memory lol i had some gi joe too and my freinds did also . we played that shit all day lol
well mcfarlane is muit millionaire doing wut he loves to do and i also had interview with his company back in 2007 for toy design. i would love to be in his shoes right now lol

One of, if not my favorite vehicle! Mine saw a lot of action both on the carpet and in the water at the family cabin! Loved everything about it!
I used to play with this vehicle in the pool all the time.
The Nightraven - believe it or not - was another pool favorite. It sank very slowly, so it was fun to have it crash land in the water, then have the pilots escape before it slipped beneath the water.
I had this when I was a kid. So it was the basis for a lot of adventures. Much nostalgia.
HCC788; I can't believe, dare I yell it... MORAYS! I'M SURROUNDED BY MORAYS!!!
This is a absolutely awesome review of the Cobra Hydrofoil (Moray). Sure a lot to know about it and then some, definitely one of my most favorite of the Cobra vehicles.

Great review of a hot boat! I never had one as a child but that may change.
I just watched the full review with my whole family, we all thought it was funny and awesome!
Thank you, Kevin! You don't know how much that means to me!
Brilliant review. I remember getting this for my 7th or 8th birthday. I lost it along with most of my other GI Joe toys and it was one of the main things I wanted to recover when I started collecting. This video was very helpful in piecing together all the parts.
I'm glad it helped!
I like you guys getting together on this project great job!!!
Was a special one for me got it as a gift in 1988 and restored it a few years ago. Such a perfect choice for todays event!
♫ When an eel bites your thigh, ♫
♫ And you feel you might die, ♫
♫ That's a Moray... ♫
HCC looking dapper and dangerous in his suit. Makes me think he's a senior Crimson Guardsman!
awesome review my friend my favorite cobra boat I'm glad you got around to doing this one thank you for sharing this great toy

I always like seeing your comments, because I get to relive my favorite parts of the video.
HoodedCobraCommander788 that's what I'm here for😆 Yo Joe!
The cobra stickers on the side are badass...should have been used more for other vehicles

great review!!! the hydrofoil tab also makes a great platform to deploy divers... :)
Yeah! It would work well for that.

I would love to do it again in the future!
I had alot of the greats but this was awesome
Fantastic!
NICE WORK GUYS!!!!
Thank you!

Hmmm that patch on the Lampray's arm looks a lot like a Vietnam era SOG patch... What an interesting twist that would be.

This was great I love how all three of you got together and did this. It shows the how the Joe community can pull together and have some fun
Great review.
Thank you!
Ohhhhhhhhhhhh my goodness
finally got a chance to watch the whole review. you sir make me giggle
The boots on the Lamprey look to mimic jump boots. That is odd since those are “reserved” for paratroopers
i was hoping for the alliance of how raptor, zandar, crystal ball, big boa, crocmaster, ice cream soldier, and zanzibar joined forces to defeat gi joe once and for all. sigh. I'll take the Moray review...i guess.... Yeah right. The Moray is the second best Cobra vehicle ever. Great review.

Thank YOU!
the small MGs are close to the m1919 MMGs which are 30 caliber
very cool first part :)
Thanks! I hope you also checked out Parts 2 and 3!
LOL! Great work guys!
I showed my dad this and he said that he has been making the same joke since 88
when they call them air to ground in this case they mean they are launched from above the surface going up and then coming down
File name: various. I agree sir, I agree.
Great boat I gotta get one,I think its better than the whale
F-ing Brilliant !
that's a moray? no sir you are better than that. lol. great job
I saved up for one and it cost 417 NOK. I was 10 or something. I only had 400, my dad forked up the rest. Now it sits in my parents attic and is in a sorry shape.
as a child this took me 3 different days to steal it was too big
I always though they should make a GI Joe Raido controlled truck or jeep or even a boat .
all these toys of gi joe u reviewed did u buy them are they urs or given to u by hasbro ?
I got all of these toys as an adult collector. I don't have any of my childhood collection left. Hasbro doesn't give me anything.
oh ok so u just doing vids for ur self . LIke other vids toy reviewers get$ and do it for living and get free toys from cmpanies to review them
I'm happy to get a little ad revenue from google and a little support on Patreon, but I don't do this for a living. And I definitely don't get any money or toys from Hasbro. I'm doing this as a hobby.
i am enjoying ur vids and all the awesome toys u have man it give me memory lol i had some gi joe too and my freinds did also . we played that shit all day lol
Thank you! I'm glad the videos bring back some good memories. I hope you'll keep watching. There are some great new reviews coming up!
180 degrees??? All the way around...
Your Lamprey looks a bit beat up!
What if Rudat is a distantly Russian name? (explaining the backwards R)
yes this is so cool.crossovers rule
Thank you!
lol funny thiing is as i listen to u somewhere sometimes ur voice sounds like Todd Mcfarlane
I don't know if that's a good thing or not!
well mcfarlane is muit millionaire doing wut he loves to do and i also had interview with his company back in 2007 for toy design. i would love to be in his shoes right now lol
Air to water…. Torpedoes?🧐
did not get figure
Deep six was a really shitty figure!
Version 1 Deep Six was awful. The later versions were way better.
