9:10 Amber doesn't mean go Strider. Talk about causing problems for no reason.
There used to be a public information film about people like him, they were called 'amber gamblers' if I remember correctly.
What does the red with flickering amber actually mean? It's not a signal used in the US, but just from context it looks like he didn't have right of way.
@@owenbrau63 Red and amber means Prepare to Go. Strider thinks this means do a grand prix launch prior to green.
Although if your light is red/Amber then their light has already gone red! 🤷🏻♂️ So while you are correct in that it means get ready to go, you should still have situational awareness of the traffic
The other guy was as late going through as he was early.
If he'd set off like a normal person he'd have gone through on green.
I hate when people accelerate on roundabouts to try make a collision that was never going to happen look like it almost did.
9:25 maybe his "problem" was YOU riding unregistered toys on a public road
hey i mean that chick did invite them to a party so ... maybe they do know what they're doing.
That's not "his" problem, it's law enforcement's.
@@joshbarth1800 Wrong! It's everyone's problem when these uninsured Aholes cause an accident Josh!
@@joshbarth1800 It becomes his problem if he gets hit by an unregistered and uninsured fucktard!
@@LJS01 "IF" such things happen...if they didn't have insurance...some big ifs. Fuck off.
1:15 - I wonder if they will both get up and break each others mirrors.
They can measure who has the longest pissoff finger to.
No they just posture and everytime the other moves they start to run away from each other.
1:15 - If only there were some sort of technology or device that would allow you to indicate to those around you what you're planning to do.

@@canada_rye It's so expensive these days, especially if you have LEDs and need premium blinker fluid.
Dude that revs the crap out of his bike after just having it on its side and starting it, I can see why he's the type of person that crashes.
Yeah that's the triumph trident he's revving the nuts off 🤷🏻♂️
I'm amazed at the amount of riders not wearing gloves. WEAR gloves. Save your hands. Great videos too keep them coming.
Most of the vids in America, show riders just in T-shirt and jeans. Crrrrrrazy! In fact, one guy pulled across the front of a car on the freeway -gotta love concrete- and fell off leaving several fingers lying on the road and half the skin of his arm…. No gloves and jacket of any sort.
Yeah, if you mess up your hands, that will make your life extremely difficult.
No gear, no idea. Amazed why so many wear shorts, t-shirt and no gloves honestly.
What's amazing is that in the U.S. we even have to have helmet laws or those wouldn't be worn either... Asking for gloves to be worn by some of these idiots is aiming a tad high.
AND I also have and wear the "Helmet laws STILL SUCK!" T-shirts... NOT because I don't wear gear. I do... I just happen to believe that police NEED to have something more important and pressing for their time than another excuse to pull me over and bitch about fashion sense versus survivability standards...
Let God and Darwin argue about straightening out the idiots. When they hurt enough, they'll eventually decide to wear the gear... or retire from riding altogether. ;o)
But how can I use my phone with my gloves on? I need to tell everyone that I’m out riding my bike.
Edit: this is a sarcastic comment from a fully geared rider. I guess this disclaimer is necessary.
I have been riding motorcycles for >30 years myself throughout Europe (summer and winter) and also through Asian and African countries (BSA A10, African twin, Honda BMW R1250. Triumph Tiger). This, without te idiocy as shown in UA-cam crash clips. It's unbelievable how these driver’s fall to the ground continuously due to the lack of basic skills. The public road is not a race track. Every spring I rent one of the Dutch racing circuits with some comrades for a few hours, where we enjoy ourselves at top speed and where we also train the ideal road bend techniques. This, without running the risk of hitting guardrail columns or crossing children. As for bike riding; it's completely idiotic to drive without gloves, elbow- and knee protection. And also to demand fellow road users to be aware of motorcyclists. The average motorist is not set up for this, and we have to anticipate. Almost all UA-cam clip accidents could be foreseen by skilled motorcyclist and easily dodged. I also don't understand the constant prying and juggling at the steering bar as demonstrated. It’s a motorcycle and not a sailboat! Driving at full speed over an intersection or blind taking off at a green light is asking for trouble. Once there is someone who drives from a side through a red light and you end up in a hospital or a coffin. And… while stopped at a traffic light: position yourself to one side, stay in first gear, and look in your mirror. (my friend was killed waiting at a traffic light in Australia by a truck coming from behind)
I’m also have 37 years of riding experience in all sorts of bikes and rides all over the world, mainly Europe and Africa, and I absolutely agree with you. My thoughts exactly. Amazing how this guys don’t understand that they need to be the ones to be aware and never, ever, ever, ever, ever, think that anyone can see you or behave the way you think they should. You have to forget all of the ego derived states of mind and be extremely defensive riding a bike in traffic. Never provoke, never be aggressive, always be very patient, never forget the (at least) 25% margin below the limit of the road, your capabilities etc. riding is not driving. Your are always the weakest link. Always.
Take the motorcycle and have them re learn on bicycles
I have seen absolutely no difference in outcomes between places with complicated license tier schemes, and the simple permit to license jurisdictions. If a rider is mentally unready to take responsibility for themselves, no amount of classes will fix that.
I watch these from time to time just to remind me not to ride like a complete knob. It beggars belief the assumption they have that everyone can see them.
Ride not drive
Dude going for a ride/slide with no gloves and a pair of flip flops on and then to have his mate park on top of his belly… comedy gold 🤣
9:09 Pulls away on a red light then berates the car driver. Anything for a video clip I suppose.
It was amber when he took off, turning to green, nevertheless, strider has been featured so many times here, mainly due to his lack of patience, as you see in this video. He's exactly what motorcycling isn't about - road rage and entitlement.
@@Seymour_Cox so are you allowed to go on the amber or are you supposed to wait for the green? Just asking since I do not know how it is where they were.
@@Anthony-fd8mh This is what you understood from A's comment ?
@@Anthony-fd8mh the UK, Red means stop, red and Amber together mean stop, green means proceed if its clear (worded slightly better in the HWC).
Either way he skipped the light.
@@DS-um9hi Thanks for the clarification. We don't have amber in the US just red, yellow and Green and yellow means that the red signal is about to appear. When you see the yellow light, you should stop, if you can do so safely. If you can't stop, look out for vehicles that may enter the intersection when the light changes. I was not sure if the amber meant the same. Thx.
6:30 That's exactly the reason why you reduce your speed when overtaking a parking bus! You always have to bank on people crossing the road without watching.
yep, had a similar accident, a person walked out infront of a bus, ended up skidding after hitting my front brake too hard in panic, lesson learned without any injuries
Cyclist still liable though, but could've been prevented
Some of these guys need to take a riding class , before they ride.
Lol.
I made that observation last video and the guy replied "I did take riding lessons"...... LOL

I rode from 1969 to 2016 , before I got my motorcycle endorsement. ( I don't encourage that)

No matter what , you will still have stupid people riding.
Lol.
2:16 Just crashed better rev the crap out of it
indeed, and right after want to leave some nice leafs in the corners for his friends riding behind him
That is called adrenaline
With the exception of a few clips of riders being rear ended.....most clips on this video are riders showing lack of care and attention, also poor riding skills..
Damn. One of the accidents was so severe, the dude lost his safety flip-flop.

What the hell happened? 🤷🏻♂️
@@kevindarkstar Misjudged the road condition on that curve for the speed that I was going. Gravel with wet tar snakes caused the back wheel to slip out and when it regained traction, I was already aimed straight for the ditch

6:58 - what a pain!!! My absolutely favorite bike put down!
Thats why u should NOT overtake a bus without visibility!!! Bikers fault. Could have beewn a small girl too!
0:30 -- two examples of rookie riding within 5 seconds -- first, passing the car at the intersection, and second, not being able to stop for the pedestrian. And then being so proud of that lack of skill that he posts the video online! 1:18 -- the problem wasn't the "misunderstanding," the problem was the idiot who had to hook a wide turn on a motorcycle, and the idiot who was going so fast that he was too close to the first idiot to stop. 1:57 -- you would be surprised how easy it is to stay on the road when you don't take curves at twice the speed. 2:38 -- that didn't hurt anywhere near as much as it should have. 2:50 -- WELL DONE! Whatever the cager was signalling, giving him room is how to stay safe. 6:15 -- so, now you have video identifying the guy who shouldn't be driving a bus. Give it to his boss. 9:30 -- you weren't legal to be on the street in the first place, so nobody is in the right.
Stopping for a pedestrian on a motorcycle is dangerous, you moron. Do you think most car drivers are paying enough attention to stop anywhere that isn't an intersection? If you want to get killed, feel free to stop for every jaywalker you see. The idea that pedestrians always have the right of way only works in theory, because in the real world people don't pay enough attention to make running out into the road safe. You are responsible for your own safety, and nobody else is.
Small note: Posting the video doesn't necessarily mean they're proud. It might literally mean: "Look and learn from my mistakes!"
@@doreenbrandt3697 Usually when that's the idea, they post a note saying that.
Most of these riders are douche bags, probably shouldn’t be riding at all!
In this case the boss will see the video, see that no harm was done, and shrug it off.
Amazing how many riders force their way through traffic at excessive speed and fail to read traffic situations developing ahead of them. Very poor riding.
The motorcycle lifesaver check. The lifesaver is a last check over the shoulder into the blind spot to make sure nothing unexpected is happening. He forgot to do this 1:36
That's a good point, but he should also have been tracking his buddy in the mirror.
You don't check your blind spot when making a right turn from the right lane.
What you do is not try to pass on the right and keep your distance.
Didn't forget, he's never heard of it. There are supposedly developed countries that hand out licenses like sweeties.
@@interestedlen8823 that wouldn't surprise me
00:38 Are you driving with your eyes open?
06:50 How does one run off the road on what is barely even a turn???
Target fixation
I was thinking the same, it's very cleary the Uk so they must have gone through a mod 1 and mod 1 so she should be at a much higher skill level than that.
@@owenbrau63 what’s the target though? I don’t think that’s it.
@@ryanmalone2681 at times, you usually look at random things and you start heading towards what you're looking at, happens to the best of us unfortunately
@@SirQuacksA-lot Yeah, almost always it’s something you REALLY want to avoid, but not on a nondescript straight with nothing you’re scared of hitting. This doesn’t seem like target fixation.
9:05 The motorcyclist runs a red light then flips off a car driving in front of him. Odd.
My back hurts 😂
8:16 Kudos to Dan Phillips. Great situational awareness and doesn't throw a tantrum. Awesome job 👍.
He actually has terrible awareness, he stayed in that cars blind spot for way too long and was riding in the far right part of the lane which is exactly why he got cut off
Situational awareness is a skill. It can be developed if the rider chooses to observe and react to traffic developments.
@@micahvelli_236 Yeah, he was passing on the right but soon as that car started moving right, he was on the brakes. Most guys in these vids speed up next to the car and hit their rev limiter.
@@josephjames6603 i do give him props for reacting quick and not rev bombing like an idiot.
@@josephjames6603 Yeah in Australia we tend to pass on the right, due to driving on the left. We also tend to ride to the right for more visibility to the cars around. But I was always told to either pass or follow don't linger. Dan lingers all the time in the clips I have seen. Probably from Victoria.
Very good videos, it hurts those in which they get so angry and honk at those who invade their lane, they look like crying children, it's not that big a deal, if you're a thoroughbred motorcyclist something like that is everyday!! Except for this, the rest of the video compilation is very good!!! Saludos desde Argentina!
6:23 that's why you should drive past halted buses at a slow pace only. There might always be someone running (or cycling in this case) in front of the bus
Buses, trucks anything blocking your view. That applies to everything you ride/drive even walking. (and applied to the bicycle ride as well, two fails there.)
@@frosty3693 yeah. how stupid can you to be to be driving like that across the non moving bus? fucking stupidos. this video is full of moto fucktards thinking everyone owe them on the driveway.
What has happened to motorcycle licensing laws when non-riders who cannot control a motorcycle in a straight line are turned loose on the streets?
Laws have never stopped people from being stupid. NEVER. No different than gun laws. There has not been a single gun law that has stopped somebody from killing somebody if they wanted to.
It's great how the specialists drive in t-shirts and without gloves. too fast and too close is always painful.
Those kind of people should not have bikes.
Why you are so closed to me 🤣🤣😂😂 .. stay at home then nobody closed to you. 😁😁😁
Goo 700k 💯💪
People really need to think twice before jumping on a 270KG, high seat R 1250 GS
7:47 is an advertisement for gloves in 4 frames
I like how the other rider parked on him 😂
As a biker, I expect and anticipate every other road user I encounter is trying to kill me, and ride appropriately. Remonstrating with other road users when they make mistakes achieves nothing and potentially escalates a situation far above what it started as originally. It's just not worth it. Accept that these things happen, and carry on with your ride. You will be a lot less stressed as a reult.
Jesus i hope that person is ok thanks for the content
2:20 You see how these guys are riding?
Now recognise that the guy has dumped his bike in the middle of the road, around a blind bend.
Where other bikers will racing to their doom.
Big brain move, huh?
Or worse a car or truck comes around the curve and wipes out the lot of them standing in the road without anyone trying to warn anyone coming..

3:50 poor glassback
You could've been nice and come to a safe easy stop and let the sweet young thing with the little dog cross the street...you would've gotten a nice friendly smile. But no, you ego'd your way through and got a look of terror instead...wait a minute, now I get it. Yes - revenge served cold!
I think he's nice enough to rev bomb her, I mean, a lot of jaywalkers end up in hospital lol
6:35 here's an example looool
nice video
From start of video I had a similar situation to that years ago... I noticed getting home from a job near airport with heavy traffic a lot of other bikers would zip through the shoulder road... There was a bridge and a semi double and I didn't anticipate the lack of road on side of truck and bridge rail taking over. From opposite side... Know the road really well. I had to gun it or get crushed. I made it by an inch... And I paid serious attention to that road ever since over months.
01:14
Don't have turn signals in this country?
Don’t rev bomb, don’t horn blast, a steel ball bearing through the side window gets their attention real quick. 😂🤣😂
Most are examples of youthful exuberance failing to anticipate.
Whats the last dude complaining about with his toys on public road ?
This clip title should be ''stupid driving licence holders being stupid''. There's a big difference between riders/bikers and licence holders :D
0:48 partly the rider's fault. if he was watching his mirrors, he had space to move forward to avoid the collision. need awareness of what might be approaching from the rear always.
no way
3:47 - provoked the driver? Rider is looking behind him at a car following at a normal distance and then is forced to late brake once he starts looking where he is going. Car wasn't paying enough attention to anything but the rider directly in front of him and couldn't brake in time.
It amazes me how many people still ride without gloves. They’re not expensive and last I heard, gravel still gets under your skin and fingers don’t grow back. Come on guys. Get it together.

People do not be doing the proper thing at the proper moment. Why are bikers not destroying mirrors of those encroaching upon their lane instead of those that couldn't see them hiding in a cars blind spot?
Maybe because destroying mirrors is a CRIME . . ? And if you contact another vehicle then take off, that is hit and run (another crime).
0:40 Odeonsplatz in Munich
In Europe vehicles must have a horn in order to be sold.
In dangerous situations, the horn is sounded instead of revving the engine.
If you’re wondering about what happened at 05:29, it appears that a newer rider got scared he went into the corner too hot, and tried to steer into the turn, instead of countersteering, and that made the front tire hop as he was fighting it by steering into the opposite direction he should.
Or got target fixation looking where they didn't want to go and then you steer where you look.
I don't think I ever seen anyone wreck to the inside of a corner before. That's next level!
@@ElementofKindness I’ve given riding lessons to many new riders that understood countersteering backwards.

Fantastic !!! Park the bike in middle of road on a bend after accident. CA VA PAS NON ???
Sometimes there no substitute for proper riding skills
6:59 That woman was scared of her bike and the wet road conditions. Then she falsely claimed that a pothole after a sharp bend was the problem. Utterly delusional and ridiculous nonsense. Her husband is just as bad. They paid something like £2000 for a guided ride around Scotland, then went off and did their own thing! Very odd. I followed their channel for a while, but when I figured out what the issues were, I dropped them. The only way to learn from our mistakes is to admit to them.
