HOW TO DO AN ALI SHUFFLE 🥊

Here is a video just for abit of fun! This can also can be incorporated into shadow boxing . I use it when I'm working on footwork to practice my feet ending in up in all sorts of positions.
We can never predict a fight 100% and how it will go in our favour, but I believe in creating as many outcomes as possible to prevent being caught of guard.
Remember, your feet are key...

Tip: don't move your hands back and forth and do it as fast as u can while making ur hands go up and down like in boxing.

It’s called Ali shuffle not Ali steps🤦🏻‍♂️ he doesn’t take steps he shuffles his feet a specific way and doesn’t use his hands for momentum, it’s a distraction not a whole move

No hate just a correction. Ali doesnt do it on his toes. He does it on his heels. The foot infront is on its heel not toes. The back foot is planted leaning on ur toes just a little bit. Look at alis videos and u will see. He does it so fast so its kinda hard to catch it but if ur able to put it in slow motion do it and u will see.

Not true it would make no sense todo it in you heals. What he is essentially doing is going from southpaw to orthodox stance really fast. Whatever leg he is last on is which he throws his power punch with.
