This is EXACTLY what Subhash Atul's wife and her family believed. They wanted to fight the case and implicate Atul Subhash through hook or crook. From Krish sir's video Atul's wife was right and Atul was wrong.
You didn't get the point. Atul was fighting a war in which he was against a country (law of the country) basically he felt that he couldn't win. Everybody knows that Atul was right and he didn't get any justice but bro believe me you too won't get it if same happens with you. It is better to stay away from people.
@notnormal9c you didn't get the point sir/madam The point in this video was to stand with your people no matter right or wrong. Which is what Atul's wife and her family did
Are you saying you won't stand with your family members? Are you saying your loyalty to your family members is only if they do "right" according to your standards and ethics?
@KrishnarajRaoUrbanNaxal I am not making a value judgment. I am applying your logic to Atul Subhash case, and the conclusion is that Atul was wrong and his wife and her family were right.
@@AVaibhav31 Is it not possible for both of them to be right in their own ways? Or both of them to be wrong? Do you really think that if one person is right, the other person is necessarily wrong?
Really hope that marriage prenuptials become a legally recognized tool in the indian law after the atul subhash incident. Would become an effective way to help deal with such cases.
Good guidance given, Krish for newcomers in this area. Regarding examples of Mahabharata some more examples could have been added to balance the situation. From kaurava side war violations included Ashwatthama, son of Dronacharya, attacking sons of Pandavas and killing them in the dark night, which was against war rules of those times. Actually he wanted to kill the Pandavas but by mistake killed their sons in the dark. Another violation he did was aiming brahmastra at Uttra's womb ( she was wife of Abhimanyu who was killed by deceit in chakravyuh in the war by the kauravas). Shri Krishna saved the child with his divine powers & that child later on became King Parikshit. By the way Dronacharya was killed by Drishtyadhumnya, son of king Drupad, bro of Drapudi.
Kauravas are the villains of the story. You don't expect villains to be role models, but you expect heroes to be role models. Stop being so oversensitive, the Pandavas were not our ancestors. They were just imaginary characters, just like Superman and Batman.
@@KrishnarajRaoUrbanNaxal Mahabharat and Ramayan are real and it means Pandavas are also real. Scientific proofs exist as back up. Yes. Everyone should be like dhritrashtra because our laws and system are dhritrashtra. "Andha kaanoon" .
