Beautiful house really with very mordern fittings absolutely good for the price. Here in Cambridge a house like this will be like 1800---2000. IT'S ALWAYS THE KITCHEN FOR ME.
Looks nice but modern gadgets do not readily stand the test of time and tend to breakdown easily. Go with your heart,an area with good schools will definitely be of immense benefit to the children in the long run.

I loooove the kitchen. The way I love beautiful kitchens, I’m not sure I wouldn’t have compromised on the school part 🙈
That ofsted is important o but every thing else i love. I really don’t mind the bathroom sizes.
